I've been trying to get my key working all day.  If I put it in here on Bioware's website (or on EA's), I get 'the code is not valid'... which I gather is normal and everyone is getting it.  However, if I try to play the game, EA attempts to make me validate my key.  When I type it in there, I get 'The product key provided: (XXXX- etc) has already been used to activate Dragon Age Digital Deluxe Edition.  If the product key was mistyped, blah blah blah...'.

Is that the same error other people are hitting?  Is my product key safe, or off floating around in pirate-verse somewhere?  What do I do?  Is panicking considering a reasonable action in this case?  And oh, oh oh, will this ever be solved?
