I am making a list of all the combinations of the improper functioning of stacked attack speed modifiers, such as the haste spell resetting a character's attack speed to normal when combined with momentum. Hopefully bringing the contours of this problem to bioware's attention will expedite a patch or hotfix, and in the meantime, help players avoid non functional talent combinations.
Please feel free to add to this list (especially if you have done archery testing), or contradict this information if your testing has shown otherwise.
Haste Glitch List as of 1.2
Haste + Momentum. Bugged. Attack speed improperly reduced to normal.
Haste + Swift salve. Unknown
Momentum + Swift Salve. Reported Functional
Haste + Momentum + Swift Salve. Bugged
Haste + Momentum + Precise Striking. Functional. A good way for DW warriors to route around the glitch.
Haste + Haste. Functional, stacked with 2 mages.
Haste + Haste + Haste. Unknown. No one has done triple haste testing.
Haste + Rapid Shot. Bugged. Will increase the time between attack shots. Same cancellation effect as seen with momentum.
Haste + Rapid aim attribute on a bow. Bugged. Same cancellation effect.
Haste + Rapid Aim attribute/Rapidshot + Aim/defensive Fire. Unknown.
Haste + Shale's Ranged aura. Unknown.
Haste + Rapid aim + Master archer. Unknown
Rapid Shot + Rapid aim attribute. Bugged. Reported to not stack.
Shale's Ranged aura + Rapid aim/Rapid shot. Unknown.
