I love Kasumi and I have a Single Shepard just for her I think a Male Shepard/Kasumi Goto Romance would be great
She was in my opinion the most interesting female character from Mass Effect 2 and she didn't even have a Dialog wheel and that's saying something.

She still cares about Keiji that is true but as you can tell by her crush on Jacob she can and would be able to move on with someone else.

That's hardly all there is to her character. Even in ME3, She only refferences him. This is ignoring Synthesis reviving the dead and ete. Bullsh*t right there. How about the fact she's a master theif at only 19-21 years of age and can break into ANYWHERE. She broke into the Spectre Offices without even Shepard questioning it.
