A high school RPG...really?

It's been done not what Vita wants but whatever though romance in highschool is totally fake and would come off as forced.

Yeah, not quite what I was planning. More like what would Troika or Obsidian have made if asked to make an RPG in that setting. Something preferably more realistic and moody. Thanks for the info, though.

Heh you think Frictional Games could make your dream Victorian horror rpg?

Screw the pony if I can sacrifice it for a proper Dunge rpg it's well worth it.

I've always wanted to see a Bioware-esque RPG set in like the modern day suburbs with people wearing modern day outfits and everything, but being able to use magic and stuff. A world kind of like Buffy I guess. I know Earthbound and Persona were kind of like this, except those were JRPG's, I'd like to see it more in the style of Dragon Age or Mass Effect.

Have you ever played Persona 4? It's a JRPG, and not open-world, but it's probably the closest thing to what you're describing out there right now.

That sounds suspiciously like Final Fantasy Versus XIII

Is that game ever coming out? lol. I heard people saying it would be like Kingdom Hearts without the Disney characters.

That's a pretty accurate description of its gameplay.

A historical RPG set during The Revolutionary War. Choose to be on the Red Coat or Patriot side. Though the outcome in reality is a given, there would be an alternate history sort of ending where the British take back the Colonies.

Fallout: New Seattle. Really I just want to see my hometown in a video game, but having it portrayed as a post-apocalyptic setting would be doubly awesome. Naturally, coffee would be a very valuable commodity.

A Disney fighting game like Soul Calibur.

More games that aren't about saving the world. Not that such games don't or won't exist, but they're too few.

Meh, I'd rather have another Dune strategy game( but of course with new story, current graphics etc.)
Dune II was brilliant IMO.

A game with RPG style storytelling and RTS style combat, like Warcraft 3 with a dialogue wheel.

an action RPG set in the Cowboy Bebop universe.
a third person shooter set in an child's fantasy world with rainbows, care-bears, and unicorns. That sort of thing.
Mass Effect: Pimpin' Ain't E Z. A game where you play as a rich pimp in the Mass Effect universe where you manage prostitutes of all races and genders.

SWAT 5--Either the tactical FPS style game or the isometric Syndicate style game will do.
Dungeon Keeper: 3
Resident Evil: Outbreak (part 2)
Proper sequel to Dragon Age: Origins
Alpha Centauri: 2

There is a Resident Evil Outbreak part 2. Ironically called File 2.

I've played it; it is more of an expansion pack than an actual sequel. I mean something more in line with improved online play and new characters/situations. File #2 was pretty fun, though, especially fighting the elephant in the zoo.
