I bought a premium spectre pack with 800 points in Mass Effect 3 on PC, and it just said "loading" and never actually loaded anything. When I go to "manage accounts" it says I have a PayPal purchase for 800 points that is "unconfirmed". I have no email or anything confirming the purchase and have not received the points. What's the deal?
