Today I registered my Dark Horse Antique Silver Normandy SR2 Ship Replica for the  bonus items.

All seemed to be going well till I loaded the ingame shop. I saw a gun that I could get
but after clicking it I received the message that the connection was broken and
went back to the main menu.

After the connection was established again I tried to get the gun again but no luck.

Then I tried restarting the game and origin but no luck L

I’m guessing that the gun was my bonus item(s?), now the question is how do I get it?

When I registered the same product (I play on Xbox), it came up with a "Premium Collector Pack" in the Store.

I was quite psyched until I redeemed it and got nothing better than an upgrade to my Viper (that I never even use).

Meh, at least I've got the ship model. I was expecting something cool and exclusive for the Multiplayer DLC, but that's the way it goes, I guess.
