Quick question.

Is there a way to revert to the old outfit after romancing someone?

Back when I played it way back when I really hated Merrill's outift after the romance started. I might be doing a second playthrough in the next couple months and was wondering if any pathc or updates gave this ability.

Nope. Not without mods or something.

Fenris, Isabela and Anders don't really have a post romance outfit. A red band over an arm for two of the characters, and a change in outfit that happens to the other regardless if you romance him or not.

Only one character really changes their dress :<.

Ah, I didn't notice there was anything else different because she kept bugging out with it .

I agree with OP and used a mod on the PC to keep Merrill in her starting outfit.

She gets a black corset instead of white, golden embroidery on her sash, metal pauldron instead of leather.

Even Fenris gets the Hawke crest on his belt in addition to the scarf.

Can't see Fenris' that much, I like to play the game instead of sit there trying to look at the characters' intricate details on their outfits. 

Also when the game first came out Isabela didn't always change if you romanced her. I don't play the game anymore so I don't know if that's been fixed.

It was fixed. This is her secondary outfit. And this is Fenris'.
