People need to quit saying stupid **** about not needing medigels. They're introducing a new difficulty that they haven't even been able to beat yet. More medigels is a damned good thing.

Drop a decoy back in the room in the gap and stand there for 2 minutes

No medigels needed or anything IF you have a decoy that is

Good point, but speedrunning Reapers on glacier requires a team with an IQ higher than five, which would make such speedruns considerably fewer.

While I agree, I'd rather have someone not play reapers then cut me off cause one could be a bit more fatal

+1 well put.   I personally have never played a gold match ( even farming runs ) where we did not at least try to extract.  You might not want to spend rockets or gels, but we always at least try.

You fail at this game do you?  I had heard you were one of the better players must have been an erroneus report.

Dont fail at this game, I just never cared for these events after rebellion and honestly I never cared for extraction and neither do the people I play with.

true players do it for the sucess not the credits. you treat the game as a tedious chore of unlocking rather then a fun MP experiance. anyway its your game so do what you wanna do, I just hope there aren't more people like you out there

We only killed 15 million of the weak enemies across all enemy types the other weekend. If you do the math, that doesn't bode well for 400,000 reaper extractions.

 I usually play out through to the end, because if you accomplish the wave 10 goal, you're probably already through 3/4 of that wave's enemies, and I don't mind helping others level up.  

However, if something happens like what happened to me last night, where I'm stuck carrying the team, reviving every single person multiple times a wave, and being forced to complete the wave 10 objective alone (which I narrowly did), I will have no desire to finish the match out after earning the credits.

lol funny but true. I've had good luck though sometimes with randoms. I played with one that was absoluty selfish and horrible. 1st time a booted one from the lobby after a game in a long time. but on the flipside i played with 1 random who was cool and another 2 that were cool and played well as a team and i added them to my friends list. It all depends

Dont fail at this game, I just never cared for these events after rebellion and honestly I never cared for extraction and neither do the people I play with.

Disdain for events I have no problem with at all.  Not extracting due to choice means you fail at the game and the only reason not to extract is to save consummables thus you care about credits and loot more than the object of the game (which is infact to get extraction.)  If you have to be bribed to finish a 20 minute or less game with a clearly defined objective that should be a piece of cake for skilled players and should only take a couple minutes you fail.

I honestly don't care much about the Operation but I only fight against Reapers & Cerberus anyway (with Reapers being my favorite) so I'll be helping the cause.

i'm not faulting someone who gives up in a tough and frustating situation. I'm faulting people who could easily spend the last 2 minutes and finish it out but shoose not to becuase there 2 mins is more important then  the com goal. If we win this it'll be becuase of the noobs playing bronze and winning carying the vets who are quitting on wave 10.

Why not??? Its 400k on ANY difficulty...not on gold. So that may still be attainable.

cutting someone off doens't potentially harm anyone. its just a dick move. how about getting in front of someone then purposly driving slow to ****** the driver off behing you becuase you have nowhere to be. is that better?

I didn't mean throwing yourself in front of someone going 30 mph faster than you and hoping for the best. Besides, it wasn't an analogy, just a comparison. People have the capacity to be selfish pricks. That doesn't mean that by doing so, they're not being selfish pricks.

And I'm not really reacting. What waffle does doesn't matter to me in the slightest. If we fail, it isn't his fault, just the general selfishness of the whole community. Was just pointing out the stupidity in the "LOL I CAN BE A ****** SO ITS FINE TO BE A ******" claim.

Why not??? Its 400k on ANY difficulty...not on gold. So that may still be attainable.

So was the 15 million trooper level enemy kills. Let's be generous and say Reaper was 1/3 of that (5 million), that's nowhere near 400,000 extractions worth, especially since alot of Reaper games don't end in extractions throughout the community.

I am a ****** for doing something in a video game that I bought for MY fun only to help others get some equipment? If I have fun in not extracting and playing so I can hoard credits to get stuff from a dlc who are you to call a "******" , if we're with 3 and 1 random is ruining the fun for me and my friends by wanting to extract then hes the ******.

You do realize that, the farmers will extract against reapers atleast once to get their comm packs, so they'll contribute to the community goal atleast a little bit, whether they want to or not. Also the community goal is extraction on any difficulty, so you would be better served to drop down to silver or bronze and do speed runs there than to try and convince gold farmers to change their ways for a weekend.

He's not hindering you though. He's just not helping. 

It's passing someone stranded with a flat tire vs. getting out of your car and stabbing the other three.

Again, I really think you guys are overracting to this. Saying he's not a "true" or "good" player or what not. Which doesn't really make sense in this context. You can't really consider him an immoral or bad person just because he doesn't want to fight reapers over and over just to get another medigel.
