3. Galactic government is very powerful. The Citadel is rebuilt and the Council now encompasses all Sentient Races not just the most powerful. Even the Terminus has now become part of Council space.
4. Galaxy is mostly recovered. The Economy is on the mend and the population is recovering. Worlds are being rebuilt, even those destroyed by the Reapers. Reaper servants rebuild everything they helped destroy. Biotic individuals are at an all-time high in all species, following the Great War. This is the start of a New Galactic Golden Age, as more and more take to the stars and explore. The concept of Synthesis was introduced to the galaxy and now volunteers can undergoe the process. Aria T'Loak dissolved the Big Three and now rules the largest Mercenary group ever.
5. No wars in the years following.
6. More then three wars are brewing, but haven't yet broken out.
7. Most powerful race are the Humans. Let's just give a rundown.
Asari: The word's of Matriach Aethytha have finally reached the ears of the Asari. Asari culture has changed markedly. Their Siara religion is now mostly discredited or completely changed. Maidens are now no longer able to explore the galaxy for most of their stage, instead put to work much earlier. The largest economy in the galaxy is still recovering, as Asari realize the importance of martial prowess. They now look to the Beacon for comfort as they try to salvage more technology from it. They have faced some hatred and spite for hiding the beacon away. The Asari Republics have finally united and they have now formed a strong and central army. The Asari are trying to regain their place in Galactic society by researching advanced technology, even trying to create their own Mass Relays. The number of Ardat-Yakshi have greatly increased, and these genetically dangerous asari are spiteful for their position in society, fighting for liberty both peacefully and violently. The Justicar order has swelled in numbers, with some of it's older members rebelling against liberal reform. Matriach Aethytha, in the twilight of her life is the first Matriach of all Asari. Samara has passed and her daughter became the first Ardat-Yakshi Justicar. Liara T'Soni has abandoned her post as Shadow Broker and is a lynchpin Government Official, next in line for Matriach. There are those who still hate Purebloods like T'Soni, and those who believe Purebloods were the only Asari of worth during the Reaper Wars. Some Maidens are disgusted by their new responsibility and yearn for adventure, running away and becomming mercs. The Asari Councillor of the Reaper wars is still serving. The Asari daughter of Javik the Prothean and Liara T'Soni is a travelling author, looking for romantic adventure.
Turians: The Hierarchy is mostly recovered, surffering from internal conflicts, and basking in the glory of being a key part of the Reaper resistance. Regard for the Turians is at an all time high, many Turians grow up hearing stories of valor and bravery. The Turian military is larger then even in pre-Reaper days. A turian statue, depicting among them Garrus Vakarian and Adrien Victus, soldiers staring down the Reaper Horde. The Vakarian clade is one of the most powerful in Palevan, with one being the current councillor. Yet not all is well. The Victus and Vakarian clades clash for political power, with the Victus clade jealously holding onto the Primarch position for generations. Liberal Turians wish to secede from the Hierarchy, with the Conservative majority opposing them. The Volus and many other vassal races, have rebellious leanings as well. And as always, there are Turians who view their Krogan allies with contempt and believe their way of life is the best for the galaxy. A calm and stealy teenager wishes to go to the Citadel and prove her worth.
Salarians: The Salarian Union came under heavy fire for their relative abstinence from the war. Many view them with contempt for their cowardice. But they are one of the major players, not being as damaged during the war as the rest. But many now chafe under the rule of the Females. The Linron clan lives in shame for their ancestor's refusal to participate in the war. The Solus clan is also viewed with suspicion for their role in the curing of the Genophage, but they also seek Liberal reform. The outcast Lysenthi wish to rejoin the Union and gain equality, some dominance. The Male STG and descendants of the Third Fleet, contemplate civil war with the female Dalatrasses, seeking equality. The Kirrahe clan are some of the produest Salarians in the galaxy. The STG Seperatists are even in the process of uplifiting Varren and the like for their civil war. Some members of the race, including many Linron clanswomen, wish to bring the Genophage on the Krogan and then everyone else. A Solus male is the current Salarian Councillor and another is a young scientist who greatly resembles her ancestor.
Humans: The courage of Humanity, especially Shepard has galvanized the species. Earth was quickly rebuilt and for the first time in history, Humanity is united. The Nations of Earth were mostly destroyed and the survivors came together under the flag of the Systems Alliance. Terminus colonies, that had previously been Seperatists, were now Alliance members. Making Alliance territory, the largest in the Galaxy. The Citadel still orbits above Earth, and the Conduit to it has made London one of the most important cities in History. The Crucible remains in Alliance possession and fleets of Normandy class frigates are being constructed. Shepard, Anderson, and Hackett are hallowed names and the Alliance military is at it's most powerful. The largest non-reaper ship, the SSV Einstein a half carrier-dreadnought with AI and stealth capabilities, is under construction. Cerberus was rebuilt but as an official orginazation for the protection of Humanity. In an ironic twist an Anderson became the new Illusive Man and a Harper is the current Councillor. The Lawson family is one of the richest in the world, aggresively taking over such giants as ExoGeni, the Sirta foundation, Binary Helix, and many more. The Hackket family enjoys prestige and continues to be a military family. The First president of humanity, is a descendant of Admiral Hackett. But Humanity's power comes with a price. Terra Firma has become one of the most powerful factions in the galaxy, and there are many who would see Humanity conquering the Galaxy. In some massive station, these people study an old enemy.
Krogan: The Krogan has advanced past their ancient civilizations of old. Tuchunka is on it's way to becoming a lush jungle once gain. Kakliosaurs and Varren breed in abundance on the revived world. The thought of Krogan scientists, no longer induces laughter. In fact the Mordin Solus university is one of the most famous in the galaxy. The Urdnot Clan has steadily enveloped all the others, and Krogan now have a unified people. Krogan still identify their former clan as their surname. Krogan worlds have been returned, as Urdnot Wrex leads his people in their Golden Age. Krogan scientists have advised their population be regulated, and most Krogan are only allowed two children. Some chafe under this rule, thinking it unfair now that the Genophage has been cured. Krogan now freely walk on the Citadel without fear. Krogan culture has changed markedly, with many now pursuing the arts. There are old warriors who spit on this and believe Krogan culture should always focus on martial strength. The Turian CDEM is largely disbanded and now Krogan are building their first fleet. A large statue of Shepard, Mordin, and Wrex with Kalros in the background, dominates their first and largest city. But Urdnot Wrea still live, and his lot believe the Krogan deserve to rule to galaxy along with wiping out their old enemies, the Turians, Salarians, and Rachni. Urdnot Bakara serves as the first Krogan Councillor and Grunt is the Krogan's highest General. Urdnot Mordin, a daughter, is coming of age in this galaxy as one of the finest warriors ever born and shuns her destiny as a Shaman. But the corpse of a Reaper, may prove to corrupt the minds of some of these Krogan. A mind that still retains it's orginal purpose. Even the great Kalros may be in danger.
Geth: The Geth have advanced to a point past the pre-Great War. The Great Sphere has finally been built and is even compatible with organics who wish to commune with them. It has monuments to Legion, Shepard, and Tali'Zorah vas Normandy in it. The Geth have advanced to such an organic point, that they now even have genders and cane synthezise new 'child' programs. The Geth have begun accepting all Synthetics who wish to leave organic control, into their consensus. A copy of Legion, a VI has been given the unit's memories, and this new unit wanders the Galaxy, experiencing wonders. A Prime (Named Optimus

) is the spokes-person of the Geth and the first Geth Councillor. The Geth have evolved in unexpected ways and co-exit with the Quarians on their homeworld. But their new-found sentience has created problems. Now their are geth who believe that synthetics are superior in every way to organics, and wish to wipe out their former enemies. And there are thos who still worship the Old Machines. The Geth have founded a Shepardist Religion, which has become widely popular among all races.
Quarians: Quarians now live in a new Golden Age. The civillian Conclave is now the ruling body of the Quarian government as they have not much need for war. Quarians pursue art and agriculture with large enthusiasim. Their nervous systems have been repaired, and they all walk Rannoch without helmets. The one child rule has been repealed and the population is booming, even approaching one billion. The Pilgrimage has been changed to a Military Initiation. The 50,000 vessel fleet has been all converted to warships, making them truly the most powerful fleet. But not all is sunshine and rainbows. The de-powered Admiralty lead by a Gerrel is jealous, and wishes to regain their prominence and power. A Reegar leads the Admiralty and has to talk them down from their rebellious leanings. Many quarians, particularly of the Xen clan, see Geth as still machines and wish to conquer them once more. But others have become synthesized, which is advocated by the Koris clan. A descendant of Raan is the co-councillor with the Prime, under the combined Khelish seat. A soldier descended from the Zorah and Reegar clans, yearns for action and sets out on his Pilgrimage. In the valley, an old enemy still dreams.
Vorcha: The Vorcha enjoy civil equality thanks to their role in the Reaper Wars. The Vorcha lifespan has been doubled and now many enjoy white-collar jobs and the pursuit of art and science. Vorcha are recieving proper education and very few speak in their broken language now. Vorcha are becomming very common the Citadel and a descendant of Shisk is their Councillor. But some Vorcha speak in their broken manner as badges of pride and ind the new Vorcha soft and weak, wishing to return to their old ways. A sotf-spoken and gentile Vorcha works in an office and is bored out of his mind.
Yahg: The runaway Yahg on Sur'Kesh returned and broke free many more. Now a pack of Yahg live in an isolated jungle, rebuffing excursions to recapture them. Eventually, they became urban legends. The stuff of bedtime stories to deter naughty Salarian children. On Parnack, the Yahg have advanced dramatically. They have begun their first steps into space exploration. They now know of the Galaxy at large and some wish to conquer it. Others are different and wish to be peaceful. All are mistrusted by the united races, who keep a taskforce on stand-by on the outskirts of their home system. One young warrior, looks to the stars and dreams of adventure.
Volus: The Volus bombing fleet and the Kwunu are renowned for their role in the war. These fleets are being increased ten-fold. Din Korlack is celebrated as a hero of the Volus people. The Book of Plenix gives them strength. The Volus have been rebuilding the galactic ecnonomy, and many Citadel Volus return to Irune to rebuild their home. Some Volus are content with their place in the Hierarchy, while others wish to secede. Many wish to reform their clan structure and become a unified people. These Seperatists spearhead a growing movement of species who wish to go out on their own. A descendant of Korlack lives on the Citadel, not wishing to follow his father into banking.
Hanar: The Hanar are still rebuilding from the Great War. Many now look to the passed Javik as a god and their faith in the Enkindlers is renewed. Kajhe is the greatest site of religious worship of the Enkindlers, as even non-hanar now follow their path. But some Hanar no longer believe. Disillusioned by the Great War, they cry for the seperation of the Enkindler religion from the Hanar government. They still employ the Drell in the Compact, and the cure for Keprals is nearly finished. Some say that teh Hanar keep the cure from the Drell in order to keep them in servitude. A young Hanar who is bored with religious studies wishes to pilot a ship into the stars.
Drell: The Drell continue to serve the Hanar and help rebuild Kajhe. Relations between the two are at an all-time high. But the Drell played a role in the Great War as skilled warriors. In fact, Primacy ships and assassin numbers are at an all time high. And some wish for the Compact to be over and the cure to finally come. Most wish for equality. Many are openly rebellious, and Rakhana has become the base of operations for these Seperatists. One child of such Seperatists, cares not for the mumblings of the old, but to fly beyond the desert world wishing to paint her portraits and sing her songs.
Elcor: The world of Dekunna is being rebuilt and the Elcor gather strength from their Code of the Ancients. The Elcor are closer to each other then ever before. Even now, some are defying Herd structure and advocating one herd for all Elcor along with speedier government. Conservative Elcor defy the liberal reform and advocate their prudent government and herd structure. Elcor Living Armor Divisions are one of the most imposing military forces ever. One gruff and old Elcor tires of the Military, and wishes to live in peace.
Batarians: The Batarians have changed more in a century then in the combined history of their race. Batarians now freely walk the Citadel. Slavery has been abolished. Democratic elections are taking place. The Social Caste system has been abolished. Batarians now have one of the most liberal cultures in the galaxy. Their Leader Balak spearheaded these changes. Now passed, the Batarians enjoy unprecedented advancement as they rebuild Khar'Shan. But the Hegemony was not completely destroyed. The Remnant exist in the far reaches of space and wish to bring back everything that once was. A young SIU Officer wishes for some real action his home rebuilds.
Raloi: The Raloi rejoined the galaxy and advanced beyong other races, they themselves being left alone. Many see the Raloi as cowards for not participating and many Raloi resent the sideways looks given to them. The Raloi now walk the Citadel and a young and cunning thief wishes for something better.
Virtual Aliens: Along with many other AI, these Virutal Aliens were synthesized. Now they have regained their organic form. Their number is few but growing. Research has been made into cloing them naturally without synthesis and divisions have appeared between the two groups. Some of these aliens reject physical form and live in their cyber world. A few wander the extranet and cause problems. To this day, some volunteer to be vessels for the aliens. One day, a trouble making Alien was accidentally absorbed into the head of a young and pennyless Citadel resident.
Kirik: A race of biotic insects, these animals were given sapiance and uplifted on an experiment. They form a hive-mind and swarms of them joined together form intelligences akin to the Geth before their sapiance. These Kirik are biotically inclined and they have integrated into society well. A few just cause trouble. One swarm wishes to test it's biotics and conquer great foes.
Rachni: The Queen has returned to her homeworld and her people have flourished. They have regained their worlds and their people have been brought back from extinction. The Rachni now work as engineers the Galaxy over. Once again, their ships fly through the stars. But not all trust the old enemy. And some Rachni sing songs of conquest and revenge. But on their world, a young Brood Warrior sings songs of adventure and exploration.
Protheans: The Prothean race lives again. Thanks to the efforts of renowned scientists, the Protheans were cloned back into existence. The Collector Drones were repaired and eventually returned to sentience while still having remnants of implants. Javik lead the new Empire and following Liara's, created a gentle society of scholars and poets. They rebuilt on Illos where there future had been secured, and the population is small but increasing. They found the remnants of their old society and are slowly rebuilding. The Victory VI has found new purpose. But some Protheans learned of the old ways, and wish to create an Empire. Some are arrogant and do believe themselves Gods, leading cults of Hanar fanatics. And there is great division between organic protheans and those who are former Collectors. A young and headstrong Female wishes to test her mettle in battle and conquer great foes.
Thorian: The Feros Colonists and Shiala lived after the war. Shiala had stirrings in her mind and approached the Lawson family. She manged to regain custody of the Thorian remnants on a whim traveleld to far-off planet. using her mind as a guide, she found a jungle world which was the home of the Thorians. She presented the corpse of one of their number, and she was accepted. The Thorians found her form pleasing, and created their own humanoid forms to create and speak through. They wait for the day to join society, with some wishing to make peace while others wish to enslave. A young plant of only a few decades just wants to know something different then his world.
Keepers: Thanks to Reaper knowledge and Synthesis, the Keeper race has been given sentience once again thanks to scientists Chorban and Jahleed. Keeper #20 was the first to regain his mind and is an advocate for their equality. Many Keepers know nothing but their service to the Citadel, while others want to explore. Yet others resent their duty and wish to take the Citadel for themselves. Yet some races wish to bring the Keepers back to their former state. A newly born Mechanic hates his job and wants to be someone important.
Husks: Synthesis was tested on many Husks. This has resulted in regaining their former sapience. Many killed themselves and did not wish to live this way. But the ones who remained enjoy biological immortality. They are an oddity in the galaxy and few in number. Most simply wander the galaxy and do odd-jobs. A few view their situation as superior and advocate huskification. Even fewer wish to turn everyone into the same as them. A certain turian avatar was given sapiance but has no memory of his former life. He wanders the galaxy, a drifter searching his soul.
Reapers: The Reapers now serve as a peacekeeping army lead by the Shepard. The Shepard managed to create a half synthetic and organic body from which to speak. The Reapers rebuild and protect the galaxy, but many view them with suspicion wishing to completely destroy them. The Shepard is the face of the Reapers and calmly addressed the Galactic public and reassures them. The Shepard found a way to connect the Reapers to the Citadel and the cultures in Reaper form are connected to the galaxy again. They share their knowledge and research has been made into recreating them, the first of which was an Insunannon who wanted to see it all.
The New Races: There are lot of unused Alien Concepts in the Art of Me Universe Artbook. I'd like to see these aliens integrated through being former Turian Vassals, Newly discovered Alien races, Former Reaper races, and races of the Next cycle that are in their caveman age.
My character is a Johannes Black, 29 year old human male, of the Soldier class. Has the Underdog backrgound. He joined the Alliance and became a Soldier. He excelled and became an N7. He was the first part of a new Peacekeeping force that includes all races with the Shepard and the Reapers founding it.
He meets a group of adventurers and they explore the galaxy, solving conflcits and finding new worlds. All the while uncovering a Galactic conspiracy from an unknown threat.
