Note "For other ways to unlock them". Just like with Resurgence where they provided a Resurgence Pack, we might get similar deals for Earth DLC.

Promo packs are like "Earth Pack" and weekend challenges can still get you an UR that is not a Promo item, but it's pretty rare.

Nope, because it also says the new character, equipment etc are available in existing reinforcement packs.

Given the N7 thing i wouldn't be surprised if they were promotional only - i hope they wouldn't be though. URs are difficult enough get as it is. Then there is always the fleeting chance that the leaked pics weren't real.

Given that BW stated that there were to be 'only' 6 new classes, not 12, it seems they won't be.
