I'll try to help.

I have a problem with finding facial textures for Hawke. Both male and female versions. Where I can find it?
Do you mean… skin textures? Hawke has no specific textures. They share their textures with every NPC from the game (including dwarves and elves). In fact, the vanilla skins available for your characters in the Character Creator are (in this order):
- female skin texture (mt_hed_fema_0d.dds)
- child skin texture (mt_hed_kida_0d.dds)
- male skin texture (mt_hed_masa_0d.dds)
- dwarf skin texture (mt_hed_dwfa_0d.dds)
- qunari skin texture (mt_hed_quna_0d.dds)
All of them are located in the
artfp.erf:
art\\characters\\playercharacter\\shared\\heads\\texturesYou will also find unique skin textures in there, such as Zombie Mother (
mt_hed_zbm_0d.dds), the Tranquil skin (
mt_hed_trqa_0d.dds), etc.
I remember female Hawke having an unique skin texture in the demo files, but it was scrapped in the final version of the game. I still have it if you're interested. Basically it's just the female skin with the blood smear in "high" resolution (compared to the tattoo slot I mean).
Can somebody tell me where in the game files I can find all models and textures? For example NPCs.
Can you elaborate? I'm not sure to understand what you want exactly. Most of the textures are in the
artfp.erf. If you're looking for some textures such as the icons and other things, they are elsewhere.
As for the models… What do you mean? Morph files or body files (armors, outfits…)? Morph files are in
face.erf, as Alexandrine Delassixe told you already.
The bodies meshes are uh... in models.erf I believe. What I can do to keep the file names while extracting textures from DLC, e.g. from Legacy. I use gff4editor-1.0 but it changes the names to e.g. 0e3c8b93d7f26c58.
Sorry, there is nothing we can do about this. The files from the main game have names when you extract them because the people who worked on the gff editor programmed it to be able to "recognize" the names (…or something like that). But they had to do it one by one, and for every single file. As far I know it has never been done for the two DLC.
I did it myself for Mark of the Assassin though. Extracted the most important stuff and renamed the files manually (took me a while

). I already sent you the renamed files in the past, didn't I?
Where I can find textures and model of the character created in the beginning of the game?
No textures are created when you start the game. Your character uses one of the 5 skin textures I listed. Were you talking about your own Hawke's face? If you want to create a morph file of your custom Hawke, you can do it with the gff editor:
1. Open your save game (das file located in
Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age 2\\Characters folder).
2. Open "SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR" (line 16002), "SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR_CHAR" (line 16208), "SAVEGAME_APPEARANCE" (line 16320), and finally (near the bottom) "SAVEGAME_PLAYER_MORPH" (line 16950).
3. A weird wall of text appears at the bottom of the window. Right click on the wall of text and click "Export to file". Give the name you want for your custom morph (example: custom_hawke.mor) and save it.
Note that you can also import your characters faces (and even NPC) in another save. Instead of clicking on "Export to file", click on "Import from file" and select a morph you created before or a morph from a NPC (located in the
face.erf archive). With this method the morph won't reset when you reach Act 2 and 3. The only problem is the mirror at Black Emporium. It resets your face for some reasons.
Where I can find Fenris glowing tattoos effects?
The texture? Or the file for the effect itself?
The texture is located in
art\\vfx\\textures\\vfx_fenris_glow.ddsWell I don't know exactly what you plan to do with it but there is a mod that improves Fenris' glowing effect:
Improved Fenris Glow (by
zombiezer0). Perhaps you could contact the modder if you have questions.
Hope that helps.

Legacy might be different because it's DLC. I can't extract anything from there (I want Janeka's .mor!!)
You need some exe file that allows the gff editor to open DLC archives. Not sure if I'm allowed to post the link here anyway...
Here's Janeka morph if you want (it's just a mor file so I don't think it's illegal to share, right?).
