I'm sure this has been pointed out before, but it's very jarring that during the origin stories, the player character's family has a fixed look which is frequently very different from the appearance you've created for your character.
I'm just wondering how difficult it would be to dynamically set at the very least the skin and hair color of family NPCs (Rica and your mother in the Dwarf Commoner origin, Bryce Elanor and Fergus Cousland in the Human Noble origin, Bhelen Trian and Endrin in the Dwarf Noble origin, etc.). Has anyone looked into doing this? I looked around on the projects page but didn't find anything.
Question on practicability of modifying game characters

You should probably post this in the Toolset forum. It wouldn't be too hard to replace them manually, but you'd have to make new heads for them each time you wanted a different looking human noble. I don't know how to do it dynamically. It certainly would have been nice if Bioware had done it that way, but I don't think any NPC heads are generated dynamically. I think they're all pre-made, even the generic ones. That leads me to believe it might not be so easy to do, though that doesn't mean it's not possible.
