i went to rescue the queen and on way out was stiched up lost battle and placed in dungeon with alister
selected 2 characters and went to rescue,
ive killed everyone in the building collected all objects i can find and have located alister and my character (warden) which has a plot arrow above him
but he is just kneeling and when i approach cant talk to him  and they both just stay there i have tried leaving building but wont let me exit either

Sounds like a bug, try to save/reload or reload a prior save. Think there is an autosave when you get sent there.

im playing on ps3, have tried turning of and starting again from last save and going through building killing everyone then sneaking through and only killing who i have to and same thing both times
