By the way, how far are you?
Half way through book nine. Haven't been reading much in the past week. I'll make sure I knock out a few chapters each night.
Did anyone else get the impression that book eight was really, really short?
I actually thought it was pretty long when I read it. Anyway, what important plot points have you come across?

Those are the points I plotted. Wait, I think we're not on the same topic.

Actually, IAGTTBleed is writing down all the plot-important specials events that happens in books 7-11.

OK, not really. I read them, I talk about them, I obsess over them.... I'm a longstanding member of Theoryland.com. But Path of Daggers, Winter's Heart and Crossroads of Twilight are just things to be waded through. I'm overjoyed about Sanderson, though. I have no complaints.

You may be on to something. The countless months spent wading through 13 books only to have the 14th end in an anti-climax so vast, every WoT fan rages on such a scale... the world dies.

Months? I started reading WoT in 1995. I'll be leading the charge if this story doesn't have the best ending in the history of literature...

We have a slogan, though, on Theoryland, "In Brandon We Trust."

BWAHAHAHAHA. I'm waiting to get book 11 after starting book 1 in September, and you started in 1990? Wow. The world isn't just gonna die, the entire solar system will 'splode.

I don't lurk on any site. But if there's one thing I know, it's that Dragonmount is **** Territory.

Well, to be fair, in the 20 years I've been waiting for Tarmon Gai'don, this book series caused me to meet my husband and several of the closest and best friends a girl could ever have.
I can't truly complain about the wait, but I think I win the WAITING FOR THE BLOODY FLAMING THING TO END!

LOL, I've heard that. We Theorylanders are anal retentive when it comes to proving your ideas, but we take every idea and at least discuss it. White-cloak blind faith, however, had best be submitted while wearing asbestos undies.
