The next dlc is going to be awesome...

Twitter!

I never thought much about that tweet, but having fully got the context now, I think it's safe to say that this dlc will primarily focus on squadmates and interaction with them. And not just squadmates but all the ME characters..

I'm still holding out hope for this theory, but I think they are going more character orientated, which isn't such a bad thing either...

Hum, interesting, I guess we will have some bonding moments with the entire crew. I don't even want to imagine the sick Shepard x Wrex fanarts they will make. Since you know... rule 34. Here expecting an actual romance scene for Miranda and Jack. Thane too for femsheps who romanced him.

All of you who want a "Ending DLC" should play the game DLC Quest.
That's a parody game, but it will become quite close to reality if this trend continues.
I also find amusing that, despite being constantly told by Bioware there are no more "endings to be had", people still cling to hope conjuring all sort of non-sense theories.
Brainstorming is one thing, faith is another one entirely.

The number of loose plot threads and lack of narrative coherence make what we have too hard to accept that it's all we have. Plus, so far I've only heard the community managers deny ending stuff, and well, that's kind of their job...

edit: however, no matter which way it goes... we're in the final stretch now...

I've come to strongly doubt post-ending content, but not because of anything said by Priestly or Merizan. They've been known to play hard and loose with the facts and while that's just their job, it makes it hard to take what they say at face value.

I, as a rule, tend not to take what any community manager says at face value whether it be Priestly, Merizan, FourZeroTwo (ex Infinity Ward), Vahn (Treyarch) etc.

It's a nice consolation prize IF the ME2 crew get some love in this too. I was prepared for this not to be ending DLC even though that's what I want most but if I can hang out with the characters I've grown to love over the years for just a bit longer. Well, maybe I can bring myself to do a full second playthrough.  The endings will still be awful but getting drunk with Garrus beforehand might make it easier.

Nope for the first part of your post. Yep for the second.
My guess is that, no matter what they say or who says it, people will still find some way to find something to hang on.
As you pointed out, it's their job to talk to the community. Do you expect anyone else confirming (or denying) anything? Even if they did, see: "My guess is that, no matter what they say or who says it, people will still find some way to find something to hang on."

I can't wait for this final dlc to be released. Not because I'm excited by it but because it will be the final nail on ME3 coffin. (Except that there are still people who are finding ways to say that this is not the final dlc, so.... yeah...)

Even if you discredit all of them, you still should have logic at your side. Logic is your best friend when you can't trust anyone else. The problem with logic is its worst enemy, schizophrenia, which seems to be rampant here on BSN.
So I can't seem to find any reason to believe (after EC) in post-ending DLC (or anything of the sort). Never did, never will. Based, not only on the statements of Bioware (which most here seem to disregard) but on logic alone.

I agree, plus if I can get MEGEM, then it could well be palatable enough for multiple playthroughs...

I agree that all signs point to this not being post-ending DLC. I'm just saying that I tend to take anything a community manager takes with a grain of salt. They've been wrong on upcoming content plenty of times in the past.

I don't like that they say that because then people do start dreaming it's going to be ending related...

Was it related to ME3 dlc? Or was it just a cryptic tweet that could mean anything?

Correct.  I believe there is either ending or post-ending DLC coming sometime, and nobody is going to convince me otherwise.

Also, does anybody remember that "War Assets cutscenes" DLC that was in the Clever Noob leak?  I would be very interested in that.

Clever Noob?

They're deceiving you. They just want publicity.

Agreed. That site is a horrible place to find legitimate information from. As in: I personally think no news coming from there is ever legitimate.

As much as I'd love half the ideas that come from that site, I have to agree. What sucks is that half of those ideas would support this theory...

Watch, it's going to be Blasto DLC. I'm calling it now.
