Uhm...is it possible I haven´t commented on this thread yet?!Well...I guess better late than never...
Great theory, Jade!!!
Even though I´m not quite holding my breath for it to actually happen, I DO have had these same suspicions since my initial playthrough. By now its simmered down to a kind of desperate hope but I won´t let it die until I´ve played the last SP-DLC.
I guess I still can´t believe BW would screw up on such a scale, it just doesn´t add up. Also considering their strange behavior during the whole thing...idk...I´m not prone to conspiracy theories, but in this case I just can´t help it. It´s just this feeling that we´re missing something, if that makes any sense.
Well, anyway...consider me an avid supporter of the Puzzle Theory...fitting name btw!

I like this theory too. And if you didn't notice by now, Jade, I fully support it.
Not true! My brother's a big supporter of this theory too!Jade8aby88 wrote...

Thank you Jason, it's nice to know some ITers can have two beliefs
Most people who support IT don't like PT for the pure fact that IT is better.

Well, estebanus told me that he likes this theory about as much as the IT, but I guess that just follows with him not believing in it anymore.Jade8aby88 wrote...

Oh cool, sorry it's just from what I've gathered when I go into the IT thread, people sometimes ignore my comments

EDIT: I probably should've written this in the first place. I'm his sister.
Sorry, I will retract my comment. Plus the IT and PT could coincide as wellHrothdane wrote...
I don't know where you got this idea. I support both as well. They are certainly compatible. I don't think I have seen anyone speak ill of puzzle theory over on the IT thread either.
Yes, the idea of this is that we wont get it until some time next year. Casey Hudson stated that the dlc schedule for Mass Effect 3 will run about a year after the release of the EC.sH0tgUn jUliA wrote...
Puzzle theory looks very interesting. If we haven't seen the "real ending" yet... they really can't drag this out much longer, can they? Not with Halo coming out in November.
We've got an operation this weekend. I'll be promoting every MP class. Oy. They do this before a DLC is released. Maybe the victory pack and commendation pack will contain one upgrade to the Cerberus Harrier? (I hope) Please don't be an Eagle IV. Talon IV. I'll take a Talon IV -- It's my "Dirty Harry" gun. It'll take a trooper's head clean off.
So Puzzle Theory is basically ME3's last glimmer of hope, and if that fails we have to go with ET.

Which, IMO, is the best way to do it. Because this allows the devs to say goodbye to Shepard as well with the last piece of content they bring out, being that of Shepard's final conclusion in their story. It's also because all the MP operations and SP dlc's will be needed for us to get the upper hand against the Reapers and win. Basically telling us, if we want a "win" for Shepard, we as fans are going to have to work for it via MP and supporting BioWare.
Also, what is the ET?
OH and bump for updated OP! Now with some speculatory evidence section and more added to MP section.

When in the world did Casey Hudson speak?
The man hasn't even gone on his twitter page for five months, which he visited and used religiously beforehand.

Forgive me, it was an interview pre-release so he was talking about the year after the game's release. Though with the EC they had to push their dlc schedule back so it might end up being a year after the EC.
I thought I heard it in the EC podcast which he did with Mac Walters..
However, it was this..
http://www.youtube.c...fOkk-pclU#t=88s
EDIT: He goes on to completely contradict himself saying "any DLC is optional, the answers to the Protheans and everything will be in Mass Effect 3, then any other dlc is really just sugar on top."
lol Javiks day 1 dlc.
