No problem. Sorry, I was being a massive jerk. Everytime there's so much Liara talk I lose it.(Unless it's burning her. Preferably with incinerate, shock, lightning bolt, and a fireball for for ten. oh, and maybe use banefire, before hitting her with a falkenrath marauder while I have necropolis regent and corpsejack menace. Making it a 10/10.)
And, while I  hate Liara, I shouldn't have said that your opinion was invalid. (hangs head in shame.)

Good morning everyone. It seems like I missed a great evening of a drunk Jade and creepy spider talk. Did you know the average person swallows 4 spiders every year in their sleep?

Now sleep well everyone.

Hey GT? You did notice that the people in the Refuse ending were Asari, right? You did know that Liara was seeding her time capsules in archives. Well it just seems that Asari made stasis pods and were in this one in sufficient numbers. You could think possibly that one of them might have been a descendent of Liara's. I would think that Liara would have outlived Shepard and have gotten into one of the pods.

I hate the ending and choose MEHEM myself, but Bioware needs to do something.... just because all I wanted was to see Liara again.

Uh, no I don't think any of us did. Have some cake as a reward for random spider facts.

Oh, and Bioware does need to do something. The ending and way that so many characters were butchered makes ME3 very hard to play SP.

There's a tiny part of me that retains hope that something might be done with the ending, but for the most part I remain skeptical. Bioware likes the ending, I think, and has pretty much decided to dig in their heels and refuse to budge on anything beyond the EC.

I haven't purchased Omega yet, which is partly why I haven't been on the forums - trying to avoid spoilers, etc. I'm doing a very slow playthrough of the trilogy, typically only touching it on the weekends and sometimes not even then. I've been on it for a few months, and I haven't even made it to the end of ME1 yet. My hope is that by the time I make it to ME3 all of the DLC will be out, so I can just take care of it all in one playthrough and not have to go back through that game anymore.

After the DLC for ME3, I figure I'll probably just leave the franchise to people who actually like the ME3 endings. ME4 holds no interest for me at all if it's a prequel, and very little interest if it's a sequal that keeps the current ME3 endings intact.

Mmmmm.... cake.

I'm going to do a fraps video of the the entire series "edited for television" (main missions + conrad + Jenna + in 1080p. Long combat gone, short combat okay. It'll be fun working with the video editor. Adding new soundtrack to London. Using MEHEM (if they haven't fixed it).

xbl nihlus, the only reason I only have 3 registered is because I didn't join BSN until the multiplayer manifest was added, so I didn't see a point in registering older games that I have played that I'm not even sure the forums are still open for. I've beaten ME2 at least four times and 1 at least twice. I may not have played them all when they came out, but I have beaten every mass effect game at least once. And the first two I beat before 3 even came out.

Would be awesome if it turned out to be true. Depending on how it's handled it might actually make me enthusiastic about Mass Effect again.

First of all, sorry people.. For the bad spelling. i wont apologize for being drunk coz well, hey... It' s 2013!

Anyways, what event in the story will the next multiplayer operation cover? What do you guys think?

Well if we're right about Operation Alamo being the Miracle On Palaven, then Operation Prophecy was some kind of Earth related op.. I'd say we're getting really close to the end of the timeline...
So...

And it will be priority Thessia. That way they can have us play the WORST MP map.

This could be correct.. In fact it very well might be. They could have a mission on Goddess and have extraction not required because Thessia does fall. Just like extraction wasn't required for Operation Alamo, because they were retaking the fort, not leaving again... Just checked the operation before Alamo and it was Onslaught, I pretty drab goal. So Thessia definitely hasn't passed in the storyline yet.

Though if the last op was an Earth orientated one... Have they just skipped it?

Not nearly enough finished playthroughs. Come back to me when you've got at least 5 ME1 playthroughs and 10 ME2 playthroughs.

Lol, and don't talk about Liara like that, she is a saint!

no way, you have to have more playthroughs in the previous installment than the next one. If you're not, you're doing it wrong.

We'll make him do 10 each. I had everything I needed done in 5. I also like ME2 combat much better than ME1.

With 1 though, I liked how they had the confrontation with Liara and Ashley.

haha, yea Liara and Kaidan for me.. I tried to tee that up as much as I could coz i love the last minute 'pick ur partner' dealio instead of being guided into it through dialog. It was done very well..

I have 10+ for ME1 most femshep some broshep. then 8 i have gone through ME2 with, but only 6 have made it to the very end. (inc canon) but then I've only played ME3 with my canon, twice. I'm sparing the other ones as it stands.

I would have done a lot more ME1 playthroughs, but I first got into the series with ME2. Before that, pretty much the only rpgs I'd played clear through were Final Fantasy 4, the first two kingdom hearts, and the original Knights of the Old Republic.(Which is awesome. Best star wars game ever.)
On the topic of ME1 romance, I only romanced Ashley to get the achievement. Then, did another playthrough so I didn't have her as a LI. And the Jack-Miranda confrontation and Tali-Legion confrontation were far better. (Looked up a video of it on youtube, found it to be somewhat lacking. Shepard was just like, "Hey, why can't I have both of you?"
And they went, "GRR. We don't want to share."
It wasn't as... shall I say interesting as the ones in two. But, I have to agree it was an interesting way to put the forced choice into the narrative of the game.

I think out of all my rambling last night, one thing needed reiterating in proper english. This was my emotions getting the better of me, but I meant every single word of it.

I don't mind...as long as they do it.
Bioware ...there's nothing I want to do more then love Mass Effect 3 .. You don't understand .. I want to be able to play it over and over and over again... But as it stands... I just can't .. It hurts too much and the refuse ending is such a waste of potential of what could be,,,, please give us a win ending so I can love the game I've loved more than any other series ever!..... Please?

I'm quoting this again because after .. (wow) almost 10 months now, I'm really sick of feeling this way. I'm not usually a hater and contrary to that I'm usually a pretty good optimist, ask some people that I speak to regularly and they can vouch for that. Heck, this theory, in and of itself can vouch for my optimism. I just really don't want to feel this way about Mass Effect anymore. I want Shepard to get the dues s/he deserves, the closure s/he deserves. So we the fans, can get the closure that is appropriate for a 100+ hour trilogy complete with all the emotions one could ever invest in a game. While the game has other areas that could be improved, it would be so easy to overlook that if I knew as I played, I wasn't playing towards my inevitable death every time.

Just like Garrus states in the game, blind faith is all we have left.. And people hate being blind.
