Blur had a cool expansion idea where you would play as one of the 6 N7 character from Earth, taking orders from Anderson, just like the Earth Trailer. It was intended for IT, but it by no means has to be. Since it's an expansion, your appearance (minus colours) would simply be the look of the 6 classes from Retake Earth. The end of it would overlap with the end of the game. It would actually solve many problems. It would allow a revamped Priority Earth in a sense, and you could see your assets as well! In IT, it would allow it to be proven simply by viewing the same events from another perpective. Just an idea.

Keep in mind a lot of the issue with Earth is simply the lack of music. The End Run was AWESOME, and Earth had next to no music at all. Strange huh? Considering they know how important music is. It's the only mission in the series I can remember with no music. The only feasible explanation is they wanted to make London creepy instead of epic. But why?

Edit: I mean in gameplay, by the way.

That would be kinda cool. However, ever since I heard that ME3 had multiplayer, I was thinking, "It would be so cool to board a reaper and take it out from within for multiplayer and have it affect the main game."

Yea, that would be awesome. I also saw blur's idea in the IT thread. It sounded pretty cool.

But for that MP op boarding Reaper to work for me, it would have to happen on the MP front. I've spent *so* much time in the last 8 months playing MP characters, that the last thing I want to do is play a MP character on the SP game.

True, I know I've played a ton of MP in the last 8 months, I was just thinking that it would be a way to show that it Shepard isn't fighting alone in the last moments. Or, even better, a way to use it to change the ending. If you do it properly(And they have to make it really hard to do properly) the MP peoples kill Harbinger before he can shoot Shepard.

They should have had MP matter differently. It shouldn't have been, "You have to get this much EMS to see that Shepard is alive." It should have been the shape of the Victory Fleet after the battle. It should have been, "At this EMS, you will lose most of the fleet, at this EMS you will lose a good portion of the fleet, at this EMS the fleet will be largely intact.

Exactly! But that's what it could still be if they add it via a successful refuse. Because then the battle can actually climax right then and there.

See that's the problem with a revamped Priority Earth, they'd have all those War Assets playing out and the EMS affecting them, but then Shepard still has to fight through London, blasted by Harbinger and do the whole Citadel section as well.

Whereas, if they just put this battle in the refuse section, it could just play out completely from there.

Also, while I know estabanus was joking, there is actually a lot of truth in that. By the very fact that MP *was* designed to impact the SP. BUT it still is. Just because it doesn't do it via EMS anymore, doesn't mean the ops and other things aren't all helping the war effort.
