I have fairly limited hard drive space on my computer. I've done 4 playthroughs of ME3's campaign and don't plan on doing so again for awhile (until some SP DLC arrives), but i'm still playing a few MP matches each week.
Is it possible to "slim" ME3 down so I can still play MP but maybe free up some of the 15GB it's taking up? Get rid of video/voice files from the SP campaign (or more)?
Uninstall SP but keep MP?

I wouldn't recommend that. MP is buggy enough as it is and connections to their servers is tenuous at best. Deleting any files would probably cause issues and/or make it worse.
