Medi-gel somehow repairs Geth.
Turians can roll behind cover but can't outside of cover.
...But it's cooperating enemy races that bothers you lore-wise?

+1...except for Shepard being the most powerful being in the galaxy... and Javik being a moron.Pedactor wrote...
This thread is asinine. The MP patch fits the lore perfectly:
1) Earth's elite are defending Earth. These are the Alliance's baddest of the bad.
2) Platinum difficulty makes sense since no matter WHAT single player ending you pick, it is clear that the Illusive man was Indoctrinated and controlled by the Reapers. The Legion VI confirms that Reaper code was keeping the Geth running when you invade the Dreadnought. So the Geth were controlled by the Reapers as well. It is not a stretch. There's no holes to fill in. Platinum difficulty makes sense. And it makes sense in the context of how powerful these new classes appear to be. You could very well see them aligning to take over Earth, probably because the most powerful being in the Galaxy, Sheppard, is from Earth, and there's all sorts of other back stories tied to genetic human variation compared to Asari or Quarian or Turian.
3) If they decide to add a Prothean, that is completely fine. Javik is essentially a moron. He could not disclose technology for us nor could he explain pretty much anything. The existence of other Protheans (since it was a Galactic Empire) could easily be explained and I personally think they should be added. Domination (one of my favorite powers) needs put into this game and their biotic leanings lends towards that.

Actually the Illusive Man was indoctrinated and fighting it while he used Indoctrination to control his troops. So basically the Illusive Man tried to turn himself into a mini-reaper but it kind of backfired. He never was under reaper control.
The Geth only used Reaper A.I. contstructs to increase their own power and weren't really under reaper control either. Well I guess it depends on what part of the ME3 story you're in for if they're under reaper control or not. Ok so yea they were until deep into the story later.
So erm yea ..... Just some food for thought ....
Actually, the catalyst said that TIM was under their control so TIM couldn't have used the catalyst to control the reapers. The geth were also under he control of the reapers because it says in the dreadnought and rannoch missions about the reapers having a signal that puts all geth under their control. Clearly you don't listen to the story.

I like how you just wrote Mordin out of ME2. He's definitely a scientist, and it's just not possible to be a Gilbert-and-Sullivan-quoting pessimist.Adhok42 wrote...

Really? When the hell was I expected to know Quantum Physics, Advanced Computer Sciences, Dark Matter Theory, and other scientific hoopla that required me to attend collage for +8 years in order to be a grunt?
Javik explained he was a soldier and not a scientist or philospher. His outlook was that of a jaded Commissioned Officer. That was the extent of his personality and knowledge. If we had gotten some kind of optomistic scientist then he likely would have turned out much differently but wouldn't have been a squadmate.
More over, how does the description of Javik as an experienced soldier actually contradict the "Javik is a moron" hypothesis? I've never served, but there are dozens of soldiers and sailors among my family and friends--and they surely run the gamut of intelligence.
...er, right, MP discussion forum. So... how about those Protheans the OP has promised we'll see on Tuesday? That will be fun!

Shepard is pretty much the most powerful being in the galaxy. He ends a cycle that had been repeated God knows how many times and unifies the galaxy as well as killing the most powerful Spectre in history (next to him), destroying a Human Reaper, invading and either destroying or occupying a Collector base, resurrects from the dead, communicates with a 50,000 year old "extinct" race.....amongst numerous other acts of amazing heroics.
I think he farmed most of the valuable minerals in galaxy while doing all of that as well.
And yes, Javik is a moron. He literally provides next to no information aside from "back in my day, we fought with bows and arrows" type crap. If he was more than just a soldier grunt, then he would have provided a massive back story and done what every great dominant galactic imperialist would have done:
Slept with Liara.

Preatorians could be the main boss, Scions the secondary ones, a few Harbingers can spawn, some normal Collectors can become Harbingers, Collector Assassin's can spawn. Best enemy in the game.IscrewTali wrote...
