Almost every time I start up ME3 and get to the main menu. this shows up: http://i.imgur.com/jH99B.jpg
Sometimes it doesn't happen, but 9/10 times it does, and then I can't play multiplayer at all. What's really weird, though, is that it also says that I'm connected to EA Servers, which is kind of hard to believe when nothing's connecting even if I try.
There have been topics about this before, but none of them have provided a definitive answer. What's causing this? The only other sources I can find for this problem are from when the game first came out; I've only experienced this since after I installed the Extended Cut DLC.

"Load Failed, Cannot connect to server."
Just started happening to me yesterday. However, if I click on Multiplayer in the menu, it connects.
Also getting hangs on loading, so I have to kill ME 3 and reload and try again.
A couple of friends weren't able to load in at all - took a lot of attempts to get it working.

Today I noticed there was an update. So I downloaded the update - didn't fix the problem.
Still get: "Load Failed, Cannot connect to server."
