Hey All,

Been messing with packages 2das and AL .xls for characters in my module. Couple of things I have noticed.

1) If I create a partymember in the toolset, give them a class let's say mage, and give them no default package at all, they end up being some kinda weird warrior, with no abilities picked 4/4 hp. Not sure why this is.

2) So I have to use packages. If I use packages though some of them have odd results. For example, let's say I have the character as a class wizard and select Morrigan's package. It labels that character a shapeshifter but they have warrior abilities, again none of them selected.

3) So then I made a script that at module launch tells engine what class each party member is for a final time and suddenly the packages work.

4) So then I got gutsy and made a custom package for my characters, but at lvl 1 they have 235 hp each and a ridiculous amount of mana. Moreover, when more characters join these numbers just increase  dramatically! No idea what caused this. Anyone experience similar bugs? Looked at wiki tutorials for most of this, any help appreciated.

[Solved]

What i needed to do was remove another script I had running in one of the starter areas, it basically duplicated the activity of another script making them get the stats of their class twice or more times depending on how many times they entered that area lol.

To fix it all, since some of the chargen stuff i have set up won't fire on module load, I made a small new area called lobby and put all my starter set up stuff there. Seems to be the perfect fix.

Now if I could only get the dog abilities to show!? Nothing I do seems to affect that gonna have to look into this.
