my character moves really slow the storm button doesnt work icant seem to move crosshairs. my guy is basically stuck where he is. i havent played in 2 wkks any one else having this problem. its the same in sp as in mp. cant play either

Perhaps its your controller or something? try adjusting the settings for your controller in the ME3 Main menu.
