I was in that match. It was a good surprise. I was expecting to do a lot of gold matchs to wave 7 (as has been usual this week) until getting a pug that could finish the extraction. Ended up getting 1million credits by doing gold random reaper without stoping which is a lot better than I was expecting (already counting expenses for jumpo packs). Now if only my luck holds so I can get the slayer...

Magnetic hands have been a nightmare yesterday.
It was 2 weeks that I didn't played and didn't remember this stuff.
One Banshee grabbed me from what would have been at least 6 meters in "real life".
Also...I was shooting a Ravager from the very back at wave 11 and got 3 missiles on my face,
Totally weird.

Fully extraction 3 times on 4 Reaper/Gold matches.
Succesful Reactor, White, Giant with friends and mics but just speaking bulls, eating chips, smoking cigarettes
Failed on Glacier, with randoms, joining at wave 7...completely annihilated.

Total disaster tonight.

Ended up doing five full extracts on gold (out of probably 10 attempts) and I pretty much burned though my consumables to keep us afloat.

I don't even think I have any rockets left. But the PUGs are bottom of the barrel tonight.

Think I'm dropping down to silver for the rest of the weekend. Kinda boring bit I don't want to waste any credits on JEPs when the new DLC is just around the corner.

Everyone was highish N7 (300ish, 500ish, and me and another were over 1000,) played smart, used equipment and gear, used consumables appropriately and I shocked everything to death with Overload and Combat Drone.

People seem to be using their mics more, which was cool. Managed to get three full extractions after three failures, so I'm happy

Public. FBWRG. VS(me), GI, GE, SI. I don't know about them, but it was my 17th try at completing the challenge and somehow we managed to get a full extract.

Even my character was excited since he did the Jesus pose when countdown reached 0:00 during wave 11.

While I got top score, the GI was the MVP of that match since he managed to solo 2 waves without dropping once. If that guy happens to read this, I just want to let you know that you're my hero!

I didn't have too bad of a time tonight but to be fair, my freinds and I only had a max of one random in our group the whole time and that was when we weren't at 4. That's how I like gold myself. I HATE going with a full team of randoms. Just feels like a waste of equipment.

Did it with pugs first try. They were very nice people. One switched to an Asari justicar when they saw I was an adept and reave stacked everything, one was a krogan sentinel which luckily didn't use incinerate to break my combos and only died once to an banshee hug which is forgiveable, and the other was a vorcha soldier w/ reegar X and Incendiary ammo and definitely a shredder mod V who knew how to cheese it with the flamer+reegar combo.

They only thing bad was that the krogan sentinel had ULM on his Hurricane VI

 I managed to get into a fantastic group of randoms tonight. Played on Firebase Hyrdra, and it took us a couple hours, but we managed to get the job done. The entire group was working great as a team, and cooperating both in the game and on the mics. They may be few and far between, but it is possible to get a good random grouping.

What made it even more improbably is that we were running 2 Engineers, a Vanguard and an Asari Adept.

I've had thus far okay groups and some that have been pretty amazing, but I just wish there weren't so many damned Banshees. x.x

Seriously, it's always the Banshees that end up wiping the groups I'm in.

My first Reaper Gold PUG turned out to be Hydra with 2 x GI (one Krysae and one BW), Batarian Sentinel and AA (me). 

We synergised very well:

People used missiles when needed in sticky situations or on objective waves, controlled spawns, kited banshees while we concentrated on everything else, they even tried to leave my biotic primes standing. And despite the fact most of us had mics, not a word was spoken - it all happened naturally.

Net result partial extraction (I got magnet hugged with about 30 seconds to go)

I was a thing of rare beauty!

I noticed that infiltrators tend not to use missiles when necessary. If you have mic tell them.

I often roll as an infiltrator, but even with other classes I tend to not feel that a missile is needed when others do. I'm  confortable with slim margins before using one. As you stated, requesting a missile is helpful in these situations.

Missile-wise, I've today learnt that as an asari adept I might as well just get my missile launcher out whenever we're swamped.

Not necessarily to use it, just to have it. I keep setting up detonations, triggering justicars' reaves - playing as if I haven't got a missile launcher in my hand. But I won't be firing my carnifex much against two banshees and four brutes anyway, this way I can free people from a banshee's grasp the second I realise they're in trouble, rather than the second they're being scraped off the floor.

10+ lobbies and leaving on one match on wave 3 after using my 5 medigels later, I got it done with a non biotic group. At least we had a vanguard and sentinel so it wasn't too bad.

Now I can go and try to help others with it

3 PUGs yesterday on U/U/G. All done within 25 minutes.

Bad people are bad, good people are good, random is random. All pugs are not bad, you can end up with decent to really skilled guys, as you can end up with guys that totally suck.

For me? That's the fun of PUGs

Nightmare eh? Got up like an hour ago, thought to myself 'Lets get this over and done with' First Gold I get into it's one already in progress but it's the 2nd wave. 3 Krogans and me the Geth Engineer. Managed to complete it.I saved their asses on one of the waves though, they all got banshee'd and I stayed alive and took us through. Pretty sure my Shield Turret helped big time lol, especially as they seemed to be using the Firebase White Geth tactic (>_>). I'm happy either way.

This is crazy. The first two gold PUG games I played I got a partial and full extraction. I was shocked tbh.

Then I decided to play some reaper silver/bronze to work toward allied goal and in at least 8 games I haven't gotten a single full extraction.

My prediction is allied goal is going to fail hard.

i joined a lobby and someone was readied up with the geth pulse rifle equipped. these noobs are on a whole new level this weekend.
