Why does he hold an Eagle and not a Paladin?



See. It's an Eagle, and not a Paladin, or even a Phalanx because he's a reskin of the Combat Engineer.

Oh, yeah. Well the Phalanx and Inferno Armor are from ME2 DLC, so maybe that's why that could make sense?

Paladins are tanks, not damage dealers. The rapid fire must allow him to draw more aggro.

If it is an Eagle, he probably just got it in a commendation pack and has no idea how truly terrible it is. Having one at IV, I know the horrors.
