Paladin not looking too good.

Wouldn't say that, rather the guy playing the Paladin wasn't doing too much. The pistol looks awesome though, I saw someone say in a different thread that it looks like it would suck, quite the opposite as it would seem.

The Paladin has so much potential, the shield itself can block a Brute's charge attack. Snap Freeze looks like a great crowd-control ability for the weaker enemies, combined with a "freeze bomb" specced Incinerate it can be extremely deadly. The other new ability, can't recall its name, also looks pretty interesting in lowering defenses. Can't wait to see the Paladin in the hands of someone better. And of course to try it myself lol.

There wasn't another new ability. The Sentinel has Snap Freeze, Incinerate, and Energy Drain.

Oh, I thought it was the logo for the omnishield.

How do you reckon one deploys the shield, if the hotkeys are taken up by Snapfreeze, Incinerate, and EDrain? *is curious*

I'm pretty sure to deploy the shield, you hold down the melee button, and when you release it, you perform a shield bash.

Hmmmm, I hope it's a toggle, otherwse that could get annoying. Hopefully it's hold to deploy, then tap to shield-bash, and hold again to... sling? Sheathe? Dematerialize?

It is a toggle of the melee button.

Eric since you are here can you confirm whether the sentinel can move while the shield is deployed or not ? (because it didn't seem like it) :s

You can't move while the shield is deployed.
