No, they are Rare weapons available through normal gold cards.

They are available to whoever is playing because they are using developer accounts. They also have 250 reset power cards and basically everything in the game. I'm sure these guns will be added someday, but this particular video can't be taken as an indication of them being added very soon.

Paladin not looking too good.
The Paladin has so much potential, the shield itself can block a Brute's charge attack. Snap Freeze looks like a great crowd-control ability for the weaker enemies, combined with a "freeze bomb" specced Incinerate it can be extremely deadly. The other new ability, can't recall its name, also looks pretty interesting in lowering defenses. Can't wait to see the Paladin in the hands of someone better. And of course to try it myself lol.
