anyone else find Soldier's Peak disappear from their map and then talk to the man from there in camp who tells you to go there and marks it on your map. And from there it says quest completed?

I also went to talk to Shale in camp and it acted like when I first saw her. The game asked if I wanted to activate her and when I did the screen went black except me and her and I couldn't move.
