Most spectres have the support of their planetary government when they start out. Thats the unlimited financial funding of an entire race. Shepherd never had that luxury. Hehe, yeah. Vanguard shep in singleplayer doesn't hold a candle to the battlemaster's crazy health/shield numbers.

The MP-only powers are a lot stronger than anything shep has access to as well. Dat smash.

Poor Shepard, having to save the galaxy with so little. Second hand equipment, second hand powers that new young guys can outclass, being a puny squishy human, no respect, no one believes Reapers exists until ZOMFGTHATTHINGOUTMYWINDOWLOOKSLIKEWHATSHEPARDWARNEDMEABOUTTHREEYEARSAGO. SRSLY is that was so hard to add MP guns and upgrds in Citadel's shops and new skill on the Normandy's med-bay? He is a the one who saved the whole Galaxy and now he is looks like a private while other N7 MP chars are having benefits

I don't know about that... not to argue or anything, but with my Sheps with the right powers I can not even pay attention to squad-mates on Insanity. And this coming from someone who can BARELY solo Bronze.....

Like srsly, has anyone here seen a Destroyer with a Typhoon X + AP/Warp Ammo chew through an Atlas or Banshee on Platinum?  Shep can do that with a GPR + Inferno Ammo on Insanity SP.  Other N7 chumps got nothing on Shep, lol.

My femshep is a soldier using biotics from her crew just because she talks to them a lot. I can fling a bunch of enemies in the air with biotics and then hit each one of them with super damage thanks to the Widow and AR. They're all dead before they hit the ground, if they don't disintegrate before then.

Engineers and infiltrators wear Shepard's gear from ME2 so maybe his/her ME3 gear is actually superior. Plus s/he is a tactical commander and versatile with multiple abilities, while the new N7 classes are stuck with 3 each and require a team of 4 for missions

Until you consider level cap, higher medi-gel cap, and the better evolves for things like throw and pull (double throw and double pull is pretty amazing).

I can't imagine how much stuff I could destroy with my level 60 adept Shepard and a max medi-gel cap of 10.

Shep is awesome without this stuff he wouldnt even need squad mates with some of this stuff but it'd still be cool to see him have it

Well, it to me it seems like Shepard's skills make him/her a badass, but the new N7 characters need new technology and armor to achieve that, therefore Shepard > N7 Operatives.
