Cortez, Allers, Samantha, Garrus, Jacob, Morinth and Kelly.
Reasons: Cortez is a little on the whiney side. Allers is played/modeled after Jessica Chobot, need I say more? Traynor is constantly looking for approval. Garrus is too much of a best friend to FemShep. Jacob is well..Jacob. Kelly just annoys me. And Morinth just flat out kills you. No thanks...

@dublin omega 223 and Beep Il. I debated with myself for 5 minutes to post a reponse... carpe diem. Don't you people know nothing about political science, history or military mentality or life. Cause, we Ash fans know she is not a racist. Its not that we are wrong, you are and fail to see our evidence and our reasoning! I have  talked to many ME fans who knows she is not a racist as well, so your line about fans agreeing with your ignorance=you being right is complete BS. You people just fail to understand that and keep spewing that she is.

So, I was given a word of advice to tell people like you two: FRACK YOU!

I'm sure, but I haven't seen them in action. I've seen too many threads which debate if Ash is a racist or not. The bloodbath in those threads is... not funny.

Garrus.

Without any conscious thought on my part, Garrus eventually became so much a brother to my FemShep that they are almost as close as fraternal twins would be, in my mind. To romance him would be pushing into nasty, creepy Jaime/Cersei territory.

It's kind of funny, too, because I didn't pay much attention to Garrus in ME1 one way or the other, then ME2 came along and suddenly he just 'clicked' into my Shep's life into the role of a snarky, well-meaning, sometimes meddling big brother.

My list is long:

Miranda - I hate her so much. I can never not bring myself to let her die in the Collector Base
Kelly and Allers - Both to me are uninteresting.
Jacob - I have to say this carefully, I am not racist, I'm just not attracted to people from other races.
Ashley - After Miranda and EDI she's my third most hated character
Cortez and Thane - I would hate it if someone said to me "oh you lost your significant other, how about a new one?" So I can't bring myself to do it to them. Their past loves were important to them and I don't want to intrude and diminish that.

Non romanceable characters
Legion - he's a robot and before he becomes an idividual in 3 I think by romancing him I'd be romancing alll Geth
Zaeed - I think he'd be abusive
Grunt - So boring
Samara - Has her code and she's too cold for me
Wrex - Belongs with Eve
Javik - He'd call me a primitive and belittle me too much I think.
EDI  - AI, not real. Plus I hate her too.
Vega - just not my type no matter what way I may or may not swing.

I hear ya beep II

I did romance jack in ME2 and I found her to be a challenge - Tali reminded me too much of a stupid teenager with a crush, and Miranda was a Cerberus bosh'tet- so Jack was the one.

In ME3 - I chose Steve, even before I got to see that gorgeous smile that appeared in the EC flashback.

The only character I wouldn't romance is Samara - I have nothing against her personally, I just do not think it suits her character as an Asari Justicar - a symbol of authority.

I read what you wrote about the people who disagree with you about whether or not Ashley is a racist, and the way you chose to phrase them indicates that they could say the same of you with equal justification (or the equal lack thereof).
