I cringed at this and I like anime.

But maybe my standards are too high, I'd rather the studio that did Ghost in the Shell SAC take reigns of the Mass Effect animated series. Their animation is goddamn'd good. Every episode is literally scenery porn with good story and voice acting.

Agreed, if only they' take the story and add some logic.

That looks like complete garbage.....

I disagree. Maybe it's because I watch older japanese animation as well.

Agreed.  Now some of those older ones looked bad even by today's standard but I'll still watch them just like the most of cartoons in the 80s and 90s.

Yea, with the last novel, and this anime (haven't read the most recent comic books yet) it definitely seems that the target audience has switched into something that I am not a member of.

It sounds like you were never a fan while you won't be missed.

READY YOUR YETS.

I see there's nothing new based on the random release of childish ad hominems.

"Ad hominem"?

Mate, please don't use phrases unless you know what they mean.

Yet you do it all the time and I don't.  If you really have nothing constructive or on topic to say then you're better off moving on.

You have an example?

Seriously, every time I respond to you, you reply with a non-sequitur. It's amazing.

The good news is that the movie will feature the song "Let's Fighting Love" during the climax.

I thought it said Mass Effect: Parody Lost at first. I was laughing at the cliches until I realized they were being serious.

I could find an example while I could careless and you don't have one anyways.

I see you're still abusing words like "non-sequitur" becasue you really have nothing constructive or on topic to say, which is a logical statement.  Like I said before its better for you to move on.

I've only ever interacted with you twice (counting this thread), so I should like to see this.

Lol k.

On topic: This looks sh*t. And I have nothing against animé.

I guess you don't like people using facts or staying on topic.

BlueProtoss, you're derailing far worse then either of those two out of some egocentric need for self validation.

Just saying.

OT: This is an insult to both Mass Effect and Anime alike.

For those of you who enjoy watching terrible things to make fun of with friends, I strongly recommend the Dead Space tie in flicks.

HILARIOUSLY AWFUL. Trust me.

Opinions are subjective just like your comments are.  The facts are that Paragon Lost isn't an insult to ME like the novels and comics.  Another fact is that you watched a short teaser trailers and the animation isn't as bad as you think.  Here's one more fact,  I'm not egocentric at all based on how I'm not putting down people unlike you and a handful of others.

I'll reserve my judgement. Initial footage suggests the art style isn't going to be amazing (that is how they draw a krogan?). If the story is decently done I'll probably buy it. Would prefer it if it were a bunch of shorts like Halo: Legends. A James focused full length anime doesn't really appeal to me.

We can only judge the animation quality by what we have seen.
Whats your source?

If you want to see high quality ME content go to deviant art. This people are more talented.

Old farts like me remember when Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was as underground as it gets. Then they went commercial. Hell, even the X-Men. My bubble was burst a long long time ago.

Looking forward to see an expansion in Vega's story, even though I'm not really into anime I can make an exception for ME.

From what the trailer looks like, that might make it salvagable for me.

If they make it in Japanese with English subtitles...I might consider it. Lol
