I'm all for enlightening the masses, I could just do without all the negativity. Instead of saying something is pointless, why not say what needs to be done to make it possible? In this case, making information campaigns so people get updated on the fact that you need full extractions to get community goal.

And do take note that I'm not the one who started this exchange, that it was infact the other poster that replied to my comment.

Did three extractions this morning before starting the day. Will be able to do about 10 more tonight, for a personal total of 24. Will be able to do more on Monday morning before the end of Operation on Monday. (hoping for a dozen more between 9am 12pm PST)

I got like 10-12 extractions during the weekend.
All gold except a silver.
We considered playing some bronze but...seeking enemies during the waves is so boring,

Well, I know it is after the fact, but I finally got a Bioware dev to confirm what the official end time of this event was... Derek Hollan PM'd me back saying:

Hi DR,

The official time is the blog time. 10AM PST, Friday to 4AM PST Monday.

So, Chris mis-typed on the first post of the operation thread -- the Bioware blog time was the correct time, so everything we did after 10am PST yesterday DID count towards the weekend operation.

So glad my friends and I kept at the community goal yesterday afternoon/evening (just in case the blog was the right time).

I must have done 50-60 of these. Played a couple of golds, a few silvers, but I mostly did full extractions on bronze, and I went from about 3,000 credits at the start of the weekend to over a million. I even bought two PSPs and an equipment pack, so maybe more.

Realistically, one of two things is going to happen:

1. We make it by a landslide, and doing that many was pointless.
2. We don't make it at all, and doing that many was pointless.

I guess there's always the "we were 3 short" possibility, in which case I will scream "DAMN YOU WAFFLE!!" as promised in another thread.
