I'm not sure if gold matches are worth it then. There is always some guy that can't make it. So when they know people want to farm credits for the DLC is the weekend where the community objective requires full extraction against a very difficult race. I've soloed gold against Cerberus, twice, but Banshee magic hands gives me fury sometimes.

We also expanded out the time window, before the event was starting at 18:00 PST on friday, we started at 9:00PST on friday. This would allow the European users to be able to contribute another day. Which is a pretty healthy amount of people..

Plus lots of people are chipping in, I am t 16 full extractions so far, personally.

Yeah, I noticed the earlier start time, and as a European, I'm greatful for that. Even with the extra time, I still can't see it. I'm not sure if you play with your own friends or not, but by the sounds of it, you do. Trying to get to extraction with randoms, against reapers on gold is a tough task in itself. On top of that, we need 400k full extractions!

I agree with another poster in this thread that said it seems like the 'impossible' banshee killing goal we had before.

Playing with randoms for the gold match may be tough, but once you've finished that, you only need to play on silver or bronze for the allied goal. Even solo play if you prefer that.

Instead of getting on the forums and posting how we can't win this, people should log in and kill some Reapers. (Assuming you're not posting from work or something.) 

Thanks OP for making this thread. I hadn't seen that post so now I can aim toward a slightly different goal.

Fair point about silver and bronze. I'm on the forums, because I'm taking a break from playing. I've played for around 3 hours, so I wanted to take a break. I'm playing gold, because I would also like to help other people achieve the personal goal. 4/5 times I've done that, so I'm happy.

I already made more than 30/40 extracts on silver, but very few FULL extracts cos very bad PUGS.
I received that message inside Xbox console, not even one mention about full extraction.
It isnt right. No... dont screw, please...

what about gold reaper goal, I just did a match , which was my first ever gold reaper match, one person got left behind does it still count,, also I find it odd that now I have gotten all of the rebellion characters yet I still don't have the batarian soilder or the drell vanguard

Wow really? I always read in depth the event message and yesterday we wouldn't care if someone would die because the lack of "full extraction"... so I guess half of my games were for "nothing" :S

I think I won't' b trying this event too much. I used too many missiles when the Banshee event to try to fight the odds, but 400K full extraction against reapers seem to me way too many.

No. You need every single person to make a Full Extract for it to count towards the goal.

Lone Survivor is enough for the Squad Goal, yes, no worries. Just not for the Community Goal, apparently... And the character cards you get are random.

No. You need every single person to make a Full Extract for it to count towards the goal.

Pretty sure he means the Squad Goal.

I've been running Reaper silver games after completing the Gold assignment (got it done on first Gold game, knocked that out fast!). Most end with full extraction.

Sometimes a player will get grabbed in wave 11, and sometimes a player will go down with less than 5 seconds left and even though they get revived/use medigel, they don't count as making it on the shuttle.

Personally I think we can make it to 400,000 full extractions.

Taking a lunch break right now.

Did three Golds. Two Lone Survivors and a Full. So at least I got my Squad Goal done.
Did seven complete Silvers yesterday afternoon with all being Full Extractions.
Did another three Silvers this morning and got all three as Full Extractions.

So that's ten so far on my part this weekend.

I will be surprised if we achieve the community goal. Contributed a few full extractions on Silver but all my Gold PUGs were partial extractions. Randoms always love to rush to the LZ early in wave 11 and get skewered by banshees when the LZ gets overrun.

ESPECIALLY since every other frackin event has been "at least one person to extraction" and not full extraction.  Pretty crap.

Pretty much this. Oh well, back to wiping on wave 10.

 You're lucky to make it that far. Only got 1 full extraction so far on a gold match, others would get to wave 7 or 8 and wipe. Mostly due to the team composition simply not being able to handle banshees.

There are no special circumstances. Whenever there are Special Circumstances, it always says so on the splash screen and the announcement.

I'm not sure how the Community Goal is so contentious this time around.

"Extract 400,000 squads against Reapers on any difficulty" seems pretty definitive. If it were said to be "Performing 400,000 Extractions against Reapers on any difficulty", I could understand the problem.
