Aria T'Loak! Or Balak! Aria is hot, and so is Balak. Don't know what would happen, but it would be awesome. Balak would probably stab Shepard in the back during the sex scene :/

Aria or Councilor Tevos. For some reason those two really caught my attention, especially Tevos in ME3.

Ashely, Liara, EDI, or Gabby in engineering. Ash always came across as having some great depth, what with her personal conviction to be the best she could be, her devotion to her family, her faith, and even her insecurities about her grandfather's legacy. There's a lot of character in her character.

I love how curious Liara is, and how open she is to finding out about new things. That's the kind of woman I would love to go exploring with.

EDI is simply awesome. What with her newfound snarkiness and insights into humanity, she'd be a lot of fun to either learn a ton of new things from and/or just hang out. Plus, she has her own ride!

Despite Gabby and Kenneth being made for each other, I'd be happy to be in Kenneth's shoes. Gabby's smart and I love her sense of humor. Talk about quick and witty retorts!
