Some players think it's best to use the FBWGG farm strategy against reapers.

A smasher is perhaps the deadliest character in the game once you know what to do.

Reavers are useful.

Nerfed or not, the infiltrator is still an infiltrator, and is the best objective characted out there.

A Talon really hurts, especially at point-blank.

Banshees are stupid, and are no match for superior tactics.

Rockets are not necessary, unless you desperately want to fire at will.

Being a badass will make you win, if you have followed the seven Ps and have a proper tactician and team support at hand.

Grenades are for wusses.

Nothing is more satisfying than getting a full extraction.

Never, ever ragequit when you sincerely believe that you cost the team their commendation packs.

And so much more.

That playing an asari adept when the rest of the team is a well-balanced roving death squad feels pretty pointless. Most things just die before you get around to the "throw"-part of the "warp -> throw"-combo.

Should have gone with justicar instead. Reave ALL the things. Get kills when vanguard host charges.

(Hi, spudspot, and rest of the gang if you're here =] )

I learned that warp + revenant/hurricane + incendiary ammo crushes armor. People had told me about it before, but I finally tried it for myself.

That people successfully play Vanguards on Gold. Wiped so many times with crappy teams, did a pug for gold reapers and the smashguard and krogaurd that played with on firebase giant inspired me to play vanguard more on gold. Full extraction like it wasn't anything. Hack objective while swarmed with multiple brutes and banshees didn't make me blink. Seemed like as a geth infiltrator the badguys were far more concerned with the other characters than they were with me.

I learn to thank God for my friends on ME3, I see the abysm that exists between them and pugs. Is easy did a Reaper Gold with just one of them… is extremely difficult to do with three bad pugs.

Of course there are exceptions, but we talk about that in another topic.

I have no business messing around on Gold. Seriously, I can't even die right on that level. I think one of those Banshees ripped my rocket launcher out of my hands and shoved it into my quad.

It does work.
I prefer FB Glacier.

Asari Justicar is insane against reapers.  I wish there was a 10 waves survived individual trophy.  Biotic Dash is fantastic.

Reapers with 4 biotics might be easier than FBWGG.

Yes . But, it's not nearly as effecient  as camping on the top level next to the ammo box.

I learned that I'm good enough to play Gold effectively if I'm playing with a team of players who are as good or better than I am.  I also learned that I still like Silver better than Gold, because it's a more relaxing to play, even if you have a good team.

Learned that I'm much better as an engineer than an infiltrator. And how easy it is to be ambushed by banshees.

Also I can't play drell effectively yet.

That ops survival packs still don't work properly and still get consumed while allowing death.

From the Ghost ammo box to the top of the ramp is still within magnet hands range.

Brutes also have magnet hands.

When running Turricane, you don't have to hip-fire, aiming will actually work!

Kiting banshees in circles with a Krogan Sentinel (2 of them with a brute) while blasting them in the face with the claymore, lift grenades, and the harrier on gold while my teammates basically tail us on Firebase Jade and whittle them down is probably the most fun I've had in ME3.

Also, the Claymore has the most satisfying firing sound effect I have ever hear.

That I'm great team player, but absolutely suck when forced to solo.

That I can play on Gold difficulty, even if I prefer the pace of Bronze.

That the really uber Gold players don't crow about it on these fora, and the ones who do, suck as much as the rest of us.

I learned that I'm a silver player.....for the foreseeable future. 4 failed Gold games the highest being wave 7 was enough to teach me a lesson.

I've learned I can hold my own Gold ayt least. Was it hard? Hell yeah.

I've also learned that Adepts will usually pack heavier weapons than even Soldiers.

Actually, I've found the opposite with Banshees thanks to Broadside.

Previously, I believed as you put. Be rid of their Barrier & they're a laughing stock but now?

Step 1) Get rid of their Barrier.
Step 2) Start working on their Armour.
Step 3) Realise that no matter what I press, their armour isn't going past the 40% remaining mark.
Step 4) Keep wailing on her until, finally, her immortality runs out & she dies soon after.

I don't know what's been happening but for the life of me I wish it wouldn't...

Totally agree with you. Very strange things have popped up in the multiplayer recently. I've learnt that Biotic Explosions don't work on any enemy that has a Barrier anymore. :( This severely reduces the effectiveness of Adepts when going up against Banshees and/or Phantoms. Playing as an Adept now pretty much the only thing you can do when you see a Banshee or Phantom is run the hell away. Why Bioware decided to nerf Biotic Explosions in this manner is beyond me but now you HAVE to take down a Banshees/Phantom's Barrier before you can use Biotic Explosions on them. This means coming out of cover and using your gun on them. Which is complete suicide when you are using a squishy class such as an Adept.
