Warp is consistently missing enemies.

The enemy isn't staggered, they don't take damage over time, they are not on fire and hence a throw or shockwave etc doesn't cause a Biotic Detonation.
This also happens to enemies trapped in a Singulariy or pull or those on the floor because of throw, It is very frustrating. I just finished the mission involving Jacob (mission name escapes me) and not a single enemy I used Warp one was effected. I ended up having to keep using Kaidan's Reave which has a really long cooldown and is really not as affective as Warp for setting up or detonating biotics.
This seems similar to the bug shockwave has where sometimes it just stops working.

Do this before starting ME3. As long as you don't play MP with the modded c.bin file you'll be safe from the ban hammer.

Have not found which value to change on Warp to get it to work consistently but i'll keep trying. (maybe projectile speed?)
Actually something I wonder is if you edit the Coalesced to change graphical properties such as an increased Max Shadow resolution or enabling HighPolyModels etc. Is that something EA would ban you for, or would they just be like "meh, only graphics not gameplay, we'll let that slide"?

Isn't there a possible way to fix it?

You can use "C:\\Users\\*username*\\Documents\\BioWare\\Mass Effect 3\\BIOGame\\Config\\GamerSettings.ini" for that just add the graphical option you want to adjust over there and it works. No need to poke around in coalesced.ini for that

It's at least a comfort to read Terry Yaki mentioning something called a "bad hit detection", which seems to be a possible explanation. I suppose there's not an easy way to fix it. It just sucks when biotics are your bread and butter and less than half of the time, they're not working. Has cost me my life more than once :-P

I saw how warp and incinerate screws up but are throw and pull bugged too?

I think any of the "ballistic" powers (bio or tech) have the problem in MP. It comes and goes. Server issue has been my guess and the guess of others, which means nothing in SP. But *could* mean the problem is not the server if it exists in both realms. Something for Bioware to fix.
Really frustrating, trying to use warp or throw to set off a BE and have it miss. Or Concussive shot/carnage/incinerate and have them miss or "hit" for no effect. It has reached the point that I don't bother with throw, except on bosses, for detonating BE. I will try warp in wave 1, if it works, GREAT, if not (a good chunk of the time) I will go to plan B.
For my Turian sentinal, it means using overload almost all the time instead of warp, which of course upsets other BE primers, since it puts a tech burst possibility ahead of theirs in the BE stack. But if I don't, I'm left with no powers.
For my Fury, it means I mostly lose the ability to self-detonate my DC and depend on others for a complementary effect like reave. Unless you have the right caster team, it mostly happens only by chance.
Please Bioware, fix this. You designed these powers to work, now make it so.
