The only true announcement was that the next SP DLC will, at least in part, be underwater.

So Lorek. Or maybe even Kahje.

But seriously, is that all we got? One screen and some setting info? Wow, thats lame.

Indeed. I expected a release date, actually. But I guess that means it's not ready, so there's no use complaining about it. I really hope it's LotSB quality.

Again, for a fanbase so insistent on the idea of player agency, you SURE love it getting taken away from you.

Breath scene "intentionally ambiguous".

Shepard's breath could be his last before death, if that's how you want to interpret it.

"NO CANON ENDING".

They may reveal female turians in-game at some point, since they're looking into audience interests.

They chatted about used and unused slides/concepts in the EC, and how they relished the opportunity to make it.

Teaser picture potentially of Leviathan DLC. Definitely appears underwater, and with a mech-like device.

MP Discussion, about Earth.  "You keep playing, we'll keep making".

... so, not a whole lot, and very little concrete.

Thanks! Great Avatar pic, by the way.

Oh, well pardon me Shuriken and Jamie.

Didn't realize that, outside of this tiny community, NO ONE ELSE was so much as even confused by the endings, let alone offended.

And god forbid anyone ask, "Why did it seem like such a good idea" or "Why would you blatantly lie"

But no, you're right!

Why are people so interested in Turian females..

They'll probably look like the male Turians but with curves and feminine voices...What a waste of a question tbh.

There's a difference between having a variety of endings for Shepard based on choices made, and having to headcanon everything yourself.

Especially since the seven other definitive endings make it pretty clear that Shepard is supposed to die on teh Citadel.

I'm not saying it's wrong. I'm not saying you're not justified in your arguments. I'm just saying that this is a very negative fanbase - I don't mean that in an offensive way, just as my observation.

Don't get me wrong, most die-hard fans tend to be fairly negative about their franchise. Star Wars is like this. The most die-hard fans jump on new novels etc., pointing out the smallest errors in canon. The higher investment causes this.

Also, I specifically said the BSN. Don't know why you're trying to make it seem like I didn't know that there aren't 4 million other Mass Effect fans.

Remember the huge group thing started by chaez or whatever the name was? It didn't die, just moved to the multiplayer forums.

I would hope in the Leviathan DLC your party members banter with each other. I would love Garrus egging Javik in competition who kills the most Reapers/Indoctrinated Batarians in their own Underwater Atlas. Or how Javik's makes fun of Liara's Atlas piloting skills.

Good summary. You make it sound a little too optimistic about the turians, though.

I would guess they used the VAs when they brought them back for the Extended Cut.

Which has a reason that in Destroy with sufficient EMS you survive and in the others not... A) You die through being desintegrated by a beam you jumped in (Synthesis), B) you die because your very soul gets absorbed (Control) or C) you die because the Crucible gets damaged more then 'allowed', giving a more spectacular explosion then should happen (with 3100+ EMS the Crucible is slightly damaged but not very much. Below that... I wish you luck. It's damaged beyond the normal error margin)

Likely, since the VA for Leviathan on the datamined EC-files confirmed he was working on the Leviathan DLC. Wouldn't make sense to let the others come back another time... more time-consuming, inefficient and costly to do it later.

Hey, you asked for reasons why there wasn't a riot at the panel. I'm giving you what's the most likely reason for it.

I suppose I could go 'everyone in Comic Con are Biowhere plants' if you prefer something a bit more validating, but I'm not into lying.

In all cases, you die because the game developers said :"this is where Shepard dies"

Shepard is disintigrated inSynthsis because that's what the script says.

Shepard gets soul-sucked in Control because the story demanded it.

Shepard dies in a lower EMS explosion because that's how it was written.

Shepard could have just as easily been made to survive some or all of these situations, if it was written differently. That's all.  Shepard exists because Bioware allows it, and Shepard ends because they demand it.

And now it's quite obvious that Bioware demands that Shepard end.

I predict it will take place on Lorek.

I'M SO PUMPED!

I predict this will be Leviathan DLC setting, if it is indeed on Lorek. Given that it's in Batarian space and underwater, as it's been heavily implied in the dialogue that we know happens.

It would make more sense to be on Trident, in the Traverse...

Although it would really make a lot of sense to be in the system of DIS, being that it's ****ing called the "Leviathan of DIS."

Go to a film store.

Spend some time with films that are thirty or fourty years old.

Remember how they end.

You can send me your money and apologies letters.

What happened to you this past month? I remember you were normal and then post EC release, something happened. Now you make weird posts like this.

Oh good, more controdicting DLC.

"I'm here to stop you TIM, but I am going to use your tools of war for my own personal saving the galaxy motif!"
