Yet that isn't in the final version in ME3, which it means that it isn't a fact.
Blueprotoss wrote...Yet its supposedly "removed" content from ME2 from a Bioware writer. Its time to move on with this dead horse.
The edit on the left was done by a fan. The edit on the right was done by Chris L'Etoile.
He removed the content on the left and replaced it with the the content on the right.
And guess what? It's still there because it is still relevant. Mass Effect 2 hasn't changed.
This is no "removed scene" from Mass Effect 2, it still very much present.
It
is a
fact. It
is the original writer's
intent on the scene in question.

Yet the romance doesn't conflict his belief of getting no cure for his terminal illness and it would still be to late for him based on him being in the late stage.
Err... Thane declining a lung transplant was done before the LM and romance. As in
before he began to care for life again. Before "awakening from his battle-sleep" so to speak.
And lore-wise there aren't
any indicators wether a cure would be succesful or not in his stage...because *gasp* they don't speak of them!

The only difference is that I focus on the facts and I can separate fact from opinion. Ironically you would be the waste of time because you don't want to have a debate since you want to have a mindless arguement.
Then by all means
explain those facts of yours. Since frankly I've yet to see you use any in this thread.
If you're going to participate in a debate be prepared to substantiate what you are saying.

Again being a LI doesn't matter while the character does and you're acting like nobody likes Legion or Mordin based on a Thane eclipse. Again you're forgetting that ME is Bioware's story not our story.
Really? LI content has no bearing on the character?
Tell that to Miranda/Tali/Jack/Jacob/Garrus/Kaidan/Ashley/Liara fans, I dare you.
Of course LI content reveal more facets to the characters. Like learning that Ashley loves poetry, Garrus has no idea how to compliment human features, Jack admits she can't always stand on her own, Tali wants to build a home on Rannoch. All of the LIs have something that is revealed when romanced, and in those playthroughs this is part of their character. And Thane is no exception to that.
