I love the irony here based on how Thane not getting the "right" treatment is your opinion while Thane did get the right treatment is a fact.  I'm surprised that you haven't stopped bothering Bioware to create some fan fics based on your entitlement.

How does the above actually state he is ready to die?
He specificly states that his resolve to meet his demise early, "vanished".

Yet he still accepts death whether he is romanced or not while that doesn't make him emotionless.

Yet the caution tape was put up with the creation of this thread based on how some "fans" don't want to hear the facts while they'll abuse words like "troll" to look tough behind their anonymity.  Its time to move based on how Bioware has done enough based on the ignorance and entitlement that they get on a daily basis.

Your previous comment would be defined as "troll-like"  based on its flammatory nature and off-topic purpose.  Like I said before some people shouldn't use words that they don't know what the meaning of, which happens to be "troll" in this case.

We didn't in the original endings, but with the ECDLC, we got a Thane flashback if we didn't romance anyone else in ME3.

There's a flashback for non-romanced Thane too (as well as all of the other dead characters), but I don't know if it's different than the romanced variant.
