I doubt bioware would make a working vehicle section. its probably a loadscreen or a cutscene w/ 90% autodialogue.

Keep in mind a leviathan is a large sea creature. And considering the leviathan of dis is a reaper, it only makes sense that this teaser is about that.
I'm assuming that's where the reaper is hiding out and Shepard and co possibly use this underwater vehicle to locate it? Possibly board it aswell?
