I realize this topic has been discussed before but my search didn't find anything pertaining to my question.

Once I've hardened all party members involved, how do I get to have the threesome with Isabella? I'm a rogue, so my cunning should be high enough. What are the skills that I need to have the threesome? It isn't seeming to work, no matter what I try...

*** You just need to have as many romancable harden NPCs as possible.

The ultimate and most hilarious one is with you, Leliana (hardened), Zevran, and Oghren. Though Oghren doesn't join in - you'll find out why he doesnt later, HILARIOUS!!! 4some FTW!

Speak to Casavir, her crew member before you talk to Isabella about how she's a ship captain etc.
That somehow enables the option for some rather 'interesting' fun.

*** Edit: I'm sorry, but yes there is a persuasion check prior to the ramming.

you can have a foursome technically with isabella, Zavren, Liliana and yourself BUT...When Talking to Isabella , when she says " but first, a drink, and you will honour me with a game" you interject that you have another idea. I don't know where your cunning needs to be
* but I believe it needs to be at least mid 20's* though some say cunning wont matter, for some reason I can never get her to agree to the idea " even with hardened characters" with lower cunning.

Wont really matter if your a rogue or not, as long as you start things off by asking her to teach her skills.

From memory, I believe you need to pass a persuasion check, otherwise Isabella won't go for your 'I'd like to board your ship' option.

So if you have high persuasion (or the coercion skills) then all you need to do is take your romance option with you when you visit the pearl, select the 'isn't there another way we can get to know one another better' option when it comes up and then you should have the 'board ship' option. Your hardened romance NPC should say something, and then onto the fade to black.

To be honest, as much as people go on about how 'awsum is teh 3sum', I found it one of those try once to see what it's all about, and then never do it again things.

Nope, the threesome and foursome don't count towards the achievement list.
Though they probably should.

only way to get Alistair to join I believe is if you're a female..though I could be wrong on that...but even if I am...Zevran (ironically..the loose bi-sexual) is the one that bows out if you try to get them all to go...so it can only be you/leli/ali or you/leli/zev with her...no fivesome

I suggest saving up for it until you get Oghren. Please do save up, because having him in the party and his reaction is utterly priceless!!!

I just did it with Zev since i didnt harden Leli and i thought it would be a good bonding experience

Mind you... if you play female and romance Alistair, he won't automatically go for a threesome with Isabella. His first reaction to PC suggesting it was "Oh wow, are you saying what I'm thinking you're saying... and I'm awake" or some such... but when I upped the ante, he got all stuttering about bounderies and Isabella turned the offer down by stating she did not know about Alistair and PC being romantically interested with each other and she has no interest in coming inbetween them, ... as it were. If only it was possible to have realistic blushes with DA:O engine, I bet Alistair would have been brick red. 

I do not know if it is a variable, but my PC had not at that point slept with Alistair yet, though his affection was up in the 80s.

Alistair is quite fun to bring along if you are a male PC and suggest to have sex with Isabella, alone or in a threesome, he starts to stutter and says something about "jumping into a lake, preferably a cold one".

Pretty sure you need at least rank 3 coercion to pull this off with much success but you may be able to do it with two, I somehow doubt it though.

You need to harden your romance partners (except for Zevran, who doesn't even need to be in a romance to get him to join) to get them to go along with it.

Yeah bringing Oghren along is the best, I was almost rofl when I had PC, Zevran, Leliana and Oghren in my group when went to speak to Isabella with the former two in position for a bit of a 4-way... Oghren's reaction to it all priceless I was wishing I had some video recording ability at the time, would love to see someone catch it on video.

Seriously, go take him along.
