pugs are pretty much all I do, so yeah. Wish I coulda started earlier, but already have seen quite a few teams through at least partial extraction. Reaper gold is rather easy w/ the right classes- save for teleport grabs.

I never play gold and I'm always in pug groups. Decided to host Firebase Giant with my justicar. Full extraction. Tho I am paranoid and think I may try it a few more times just to be sure i get the reward.

I did. We trio'd it.

Shame about host being in America. Sometimes I had these WEIRD connection spikes, where everything froze up except me and when the game resumed, Banshee was instakilling me. Annoying as all hell. This happened 3 times IN ROW.

But the issues stopped at last 2 waves and didn't die in either of those, we extracted full.

I've never seen a forum that has so many f***ing acronyms/initialisms. I'm glad you explained PUG because I didn't HA FC as to WY meant. There's still a lot ID understand, while others IC guess at. But FF sake, I swear people AJ making SU half the time. And REALLY, does it take so much time to write out the whole thing?

Anyway.. On topic: I only ever play with randoms, and have completed gold a few times with a couple different groups. Some much more difficult than others, though, and a couple of failures also...

I got it first try with 1 friend and 2 PUGs. On Firebase Jade, I was Cerb vanguard, friend was Vorcha soldier, and had a Krogan soldier and Quarian infiltrator with a Harrier and Hurricane. It all went pretty well except for two times, where we just got over run and tried a little too hard to revive each other. Nobody really did anything "wrong" the whole time, but the Krogan took off across the map to refill his grenades a few times and it made for some messed up spawns, but it was no big deal.

Was amazing how fast we could drop Banshees when we all happened to be focusing on the same one.

I did my first pug on Gold today and it feels great, i guess i don't have to play Silver when my friends aren't online anymore.

I did 3 Gold Reaper matches and got all extractions it was pretty easy.... Now i know that there are some decent players that know what to do in Gold since the random players i played with didn't die unless the Banshees instant killed them.

They were under N7 500-120, maybe i just got lucky with the matches but, it feels great nonetheless.

I Solo'ed first, but then PuG'ed 2 Gold games that ended Full Extraction. Great games, those 2.

Got it done in a pug on my first try. Me as a Batarian Soldier along with a Human Soldier, an Asari Adept and a Human Sentinel.

Even got full extraction!

Got lucky and had a decent group - full extraction on the first try on Hydra using my Human Sentinel.

I joined a game in progress on the first wave with competent players. Not especially good players, but certainly good enough. Unfortunately, the host got de-sync'd on wave 8 or 9 and quit for us, and the game started up again with a totally useless GI with a Particle Rifle and a Scorpion in his place. At least he was a capable decoy. On wave 11 everyone camped the extraction zone while I was on the other side of the map kiting a Banshee. One guy got sync-killed a few seconds in. I was taking a nice peaceful stroll through the map. At 30 seconds remaining I got a bit devilish and returned to the extraction zone with my Reaper friend intending to troll the remaining players a bit only to find them being pinned by some Ravagers and flanked by Brutes and Banshees at the very moment I returned. What ensued was hilarious madness, with one guy going down at three seconds remaining. After wasting some time shooting all the things from outside the zone I casually walked in, getting extracted, along with Mr. Particle Rifle.
And that's how I got my Eagle.

All I play is random rooms and have almost no trouble meeting the weekend Gold extraction requirements.

Some games go better than others, but as long as people are smart about using their missiles, we can blast our way through to the end.

Hosted using my Drell Adept. Always used Goddess though, for the grenade pickups. Had at least partial extraction on 8/10 matches so far, and about half of those were full extractions.

This one did so, several times. The PC community seems to be fairly decent over all. Had worse Sliver and Bronze games trying to get full extractions if you can believe that.

Completed the challenge within the first hour of the operation commencing. I play almost exclusively with randoms in any case. One AA, Batarian Sentinel, forgot the third class but he was human, and my QMI.

I managed two fulls and a partial on gold with pugs. All three were very irritating games, apart from this one Drell adept on my team on the first full that correctly understood how to work with my Asari adept. The partial game (with my Salarian infiltrator) was glitchy as hell; all other mishaps aside, the game up and refusing to allow me to use medigel when I went down on the extraction (I had four left) ruined that game.

I made it once today on a PUG. First one really sucked, but I found one eventually. Then my friend came on and wanted help with the operation and we got it first try. Got to extract twice for the operation.
