Okay, now I know you're just making BS up and trolling. I never cursed at anyone. I was yelling occasionally though, because yelling was the only way for communication to take place in such a loud room with players placed 15 feet apart from each other. I'm sure Cal can testify that this is the case.

I'm pretty sure that's untrue.
But according to Ashen earth and after trying it a few times myself i believe they'reunable to grab you when their Teleporting aura is down and they're just flining Space balls and novas at you.
Interesting. That might be worth doing some testing on, if anyone's willing to take the time to do that.
That was the case at one point... it was a bug which either was fixed with the patch for Rebellion or will be fixed soon (I can never keep the patches clear).
When you get close to her, she tries to melee you - and that's when the sync kill chance comes into play. Either she does a regular swipe melee, or tries to sync kill you.
When she's teleporting around, she's just closing on you faster - she'll end up in the same sort of melee/sync kill thing... but while she's in her teleporting state there's no cooldowns on her melee/sync kill so you're more likely to get tagged at that point.
why u hate melee?

Yep, she can still grab when down to Armor. She just won't during other animations (swipe, ball, nova).
correct
If she is doing something else, she won't grab you, then again I rather kill her with fire from a safe distance

If someone can complete Platinum scoring less than 30k. That's just not right.
Amen!
Well, whether it should or shouldn't be so, I can at least confirm that carrying is a possibility on Platinum. For example, on a failed attempt, I got to wave 9 Platinum with a player who said that they had never played ME3 multiplayer before.
Oh well I guess it gives me a chance! What I find intersting is that score average per person was 84k, where as on Gold reaper last night we had 90k average. Now we had an adept for explosions and used all our rockets, had kill streaks etc but still. What am I missing? Is it Platinum has similar points per kill but stronger faster more varied enemies with higher fire rate?

It's still somewhat rude to bring up.
Say you had a nice accomplishment; someone comes up to you and goes, "Well I heard you punched a child and then laughed at him to get where you are." Then when you get upset, "Well that's just what I heard."
You're just using a blanket to deflect any kind of snark you may get for going around and accusing someone of doing something. I heard you're a trash player and you talk trash to eveyrone around you, but that's just what I heard. Regardless of whether it's something you heard or something you actually feel about the player it shouldn't have been said and I think you at least owe the TC a straight opinion or an apology.
It's sad how petty things can get on this board sometimes.

"Hmm... well - it'll probably be a little tougher than the build that is there - there's a bug that was fixed where enemies wouldn't stomp you out. With the newer build they currently almost instant-stomp (needs a bit of iteration). They start stomping almost before your body hits the ground.
That plus a couple other tweaks will make that a bit harder."
Godless can you comment on this? I think this would force people to use more teamwork.

I already tend to instantly medigel rather than wait for a teammate to revive me. *Shrug*
Anyways, if true, it would just be another buff to the position of medium-long ranged Infiltrators in the game, and yet another nerf to close range brawlers like Vanguards or melee characters.

Really, shouldn't it be the other way around (from a "make the game challenging and fun" perspective)? That you should have a greater risk of being sync killed when you stumble into a banshee that's not teleporting around, than when you are surprised by an attack you have no way of seeing coming?Brenon Holmes wrote...

The issue is that Banshee sync kills are sufficiently glitchy and random that you don't really need to make any significant error to get magnet grabbed once in a blue moon, especially as a close range brawler class (all of whom suffer in the metagame due to grabs being immeasurably more consequential than being downed by gunfire, and harder to circumvent by any means other than keeping your distance, which cripples close range characters). If I get downed by some other source like gunfire or a brute charge, I always deserve it. I always made some clear mistake and if I had made another choice, it wouldn't have occurred. By contrast, Banshee sync kills often feel like a roll of the dice. Maybe it's just a lack of clear information on how the mechanic works, but it often seems like it doesn't matter what I did. I've been pulled through walls from huge distances, and that's on-host.

It seemed like Phantoms, Hunters, Marauders, Pyros, and Engineers were the new footsoldiers, and heavy enemies like Primes, Atlasses, and Banshees were plentiful right off the bat. They were spawning at least 3 at a time by later waves.

wave 3?
wave 6?
wave 10?
Was this answered or anyone got estimates. Potentially completing round 3 could be done in less time and effort than an entire silver game.
