Can not even start the installation I keep getting line 1 column 40 in inter XML setting error



My OS is Windows 7 professional 64 bit,

Got that sorted and got the game up and running, now for my next problem how do get all my DLC back and installed

That's typically caused by having a video card that's below minimum specs or texture/graphics settings.  You'll either need to provide us with hardware specs (again, as specified in the " Read First" thread) or do a Google search by typing the following into the Google search bar:

Sorted all it was needed was to increae the graphic detail from low to very high.

For anyone else having this issue:
"Low" Graphics detail level results in all black eyes.
Using anything else fixes this.
