Did we get anything on why Starbrat exists?

Or why we can't save Thane despite everything ME2 built up to a cure.

Or why Jacob cheats on you regardless of anything you do?

Or why ALL of the Mass Effect 2 Romances are painfully screwed?

Or why we can't bring up the fact that EDI and Joker are COEXISTING or the fact that you made peace between the Quarians and the Geth to Starbrat?

Did we get ANYTHING productive out of SDCC at all?

Nope, just more dodging, dumb questions, vague hints and self praise.

So, They screened questions. Lie and ask the actual question. Go Kahlisia Al-Jilani style out there.

Just...Honestly, When you've made a mistake, Own up to that fact. Admit that you made a mistake.

One of my favorite lines from Mass Effect 3; Mordin: I MADE A MISTAKE! It shows his maturity and how much he's grown over two games. Why can't Bioware do the same?

You know for a fact Hudson and Walters didn't write the Tuchanka arc.

You're right though, Lance. It is very pathetic. Bioware are going to try their hardest to pretend that everything is perfect within the community and abscond from any actual critcism.

Yeah. I believe Patrick Weeks did. After I heard he wrote that Arc, I finally found myself proud of that first name, as I've wanted to be an Author my entire life and I feel a bit of pride that there is someone with that name I can look up to.

At this point, That pride has faded because of this mess.

Everything is a mess and they're just letting it rot away and hope it dissapears.

Honestly, The fanbase is not going to be happy until the fact that there is a problem is recognized by Bioware.

John Dombrow wrote Tuchanka.

Patrick just wrote a bit for Mordin.

I didn't have a comment to the point you were expressing, but you did say "After I heard he wrote that Arc".

I'm simply supplying the information that he didn't write it. John did.

Ok, It was more the fact that he wrote a very well written piece than what it was he wrote about. I actually felt good about the name for once. And now, lol Nope.

Well, he did write the banter between Liara and Aethyta (at the bar on the Presidium), so you can substitute that for Tuchanka in your story. ;-)

And, I actually enjoyed that scene a lot too.

Anyways, back to my point. This isn't just going to go away. This isn't something that's just going to get ignored forever. It can't be at this point.

We raised a ton of money for a new ending. We sent a ton of cupcakes for a new ending. We raised one of the biggest ****storms yet over these endings.

Expecting this to just go away is never going to work...

I thought a ton of money was raised for charity. So you were trying to use a charity to get a new ending? How cynical (and I'm someone who really wants a new ending, although getting a decent one is impossible without completely re-writing the game).

Most of these wouldn't be very hard to answer for PR people... I mean the hardest would be the starbrat, probably, and even that wouldn't be very complicated.

I'm glad they picked Jacob as the cheater though. Sometimes, people just cheat no matter what you do, that sucks but it happens, there's no explaination and no need for speculation... I'm glad the example of that was Jacob though, a guy basically nobody romanced (compared to other LIs, maybe sad but true).

Also, out of curiosity, was there anything besides the mention of Hanar scientists working on a cure in ME2 ? Most of what I remember of his romance was about not wasting time and enjoying it while it lasts. It wasn't really building up to a cure, but I may have forgotten things.

Charity? I just remember reading that fans raised a ton of money for a new ending. I wasn't a fan of Mass Effect till about 2 months after Mass Effect 3 came out. I'm sorry if I got some details wrong then... : /

Its bad writing. Very bad. Even from just simply a gameplay perspective, It makes romancing him completely pointless. Sure, he may not have been a popular romance, but that doesn't mean railroad his character entirely and Shepard can't get pissed with him over it. Its very poor writing.

And, even in Thane's frienship/non-romanced Arc, He mentions a cure that could save him, though he doubts he'll see it come to reality. There's also the Shadow Broker files that list him as a prime Transplant Patient, which he denied before ME2 because he had no reason to live, Which you give him a reason to live in his Loyalty Mission, though Kolyat.

So, What's the point at this point of gaining his loyalty in ME2? He survives the Suicide Mission just to die later for no reason at all.

An easy fix to this would be.... Kirrahe dies if Thane is dead. Thane dies if Kirrahe is dead. If both are alive, Thane or both survive. Simple answer.

I get a crack out of that.  IRL most of the nerds who are passionate enough to desire making a big public scene about it in their head are too cowardly to actually do it when push comes to shove.  They get up there in front of a crowd and choke on their words.  The ones that do actually have the courage probably mostly know they have better things to do then even bother waiting in 2 hour lines going to any of the pannels since all it seems Bioware want to talk about these days is multiplayer and that ****ty anime and action figures and blah blah blah blah MERCHANDISING MERCHANDISING MERCHANDISING.  But I digress, point is they don't fake the QA's, consumers just suck at confrontation.  The internet is all talk, most people on these forums would be absolutely ashamed of themselves if they acted the same way in public, and I know you all know it.  So thats why any of these pannels Bioware goes to they never get many good critical questions.
