Don't really care much for Asari, but especially memorable ones were:
-- Shiala - I DO like her
-- Alestia Iallis - the funny/snotty "meditating" Asari in ME1 that seriously overestimates her own abilities...
-- Aethyta - entertaining to talk to and had more unique face in ME2; ME3 version meh

Aria ia badass but Aethyta has some of the funniest lines in the game, plus she is just awesome.
