Although I guess not everyone would be able to play as soon as it's released.

I spent my credits and looked at the new classes for a bit before beating Platinum. So that wouldn't really work....

Well, I guess that something fair would be to organise an OFFICIAL race between the challengers, where they have to begin at the same hour on the same map against the same faction, while filming their runs. The one finishing in the less time being the winner, while of course wiping means a direct failure.

Well, I won't say that I don't believe him, but it surprisses me the fact that he's score was the same you get in a normal gold game.

Anyway, in my case I will record the last wave as always, I wish I could do more, but play at 11 FPS is very hard and it makes me play awkward.

But it seems that the guy is legit, lot of people voted for him, I didn't hear about him before, but he's popular on Xbox.

Yeah I know it isn't perfect, I just can't see any other way. Not trying to take anything away from you though. I am truly impressed.

True & I appreciate that fully. Bahroo has mentioned he's working on another non-infiltrator run and I can definitely see he's not done the previous one to cheese the game rather than just solo for the sake of it. And that's fine. However, the enemies are supposedly balanced for the speed at which you can turn on both platforms. The Xbox has rarely any flankers, enemies aren't laser accurate etc. etc. The Krysae is a lame gun it just doesn't require any skill as long as you stand near an ammo box and spam it.

All right, I'll make a correction: every single one of the people I play with would call this cheap & laugh. It might sound as an achievement to the regular silver player, and that's fine.

Why do you think we're doing our Glacier speedruns with Claymores & Harriers? It's not because they kill faster than Krysae. In fact they don't. It's because they actually take some skill to aim and don't cheapen the game.

Not relating to the Krysae, PC users still has an advantage in that one can change from sprinting forward to strafing an enemy on the flank and resume sprinting quickly.

Well, it seems that I will be able to solo it, which makes me little sad because I wanted this to be almost impossible and unbeatable without a good team work.

I have practice with "platinum" difficulty, I've played lot of modded games before and complete almost everyone of them, and also long ago I was with a Russian friend who mod the game too.


Well, my goal is do it with a non-infiltrator class ( i don't use infils too much either )

I'm not trolling or trying to bother, just a question, because I don't know how that works, I've never played on Xbox360

Tbh I prefer using the Claymore or Harrier to the Krysae. Haven't use that gun in along time. I understand what you're saying and the guys you run with are obviously at a different level to the most of us (although I do mainly pay Gold). 

I just don't have an issue with people doing whatever it takes to take on Platinum. I guess I just have a bigger perception of how hard it will be (given that I'm on PS3 and it isn't available yet).

While it does help on occassions, it can honestly be a nightmare. 

Taking cover and trying to aim in on the Ravager and the freaking aim takes me to the Swarmer <_<

Tbf I can appreciate that you would view Platinum differently than I.

I would consider myself a Gold calibre player, but I'm not someone that can consistently carry people through it (unless I play infiltrator). So to me Platinum would seem like a big challenge.

Whereas for players on your level I guess it wouldn't be that big a deal, since Gold is probably to easy for you guys now.
