Here's what I think the probability of each candidate successfully completing a game on Platinum solo, FIRST are:

Spec7er               35%
GodlessPaladin  35%
Descy                    10%
RedJohn               10%
StarDusk               5%

The rest 5% is spread over:
SteelGrave (by self-nomination)
Wesus (I simply don't know of him)

I actually have no intentions of soloing Platinum, at least beyond waves 1-6 for my guides, otherwise far too tedious and serves no purpose.

I don't play anymore, I got sick of it / burnt out. I was just wondering how certain people become well known.  I figured it was youtube videos.

Not really. There are better players you could put before me. My teammate Kronner for example, 2nd best player on PC after Specter. More importantly, beyond Guide making (waves 1-6) I have little interest in soloing Platinum.

He doesn't need to, if you actually bothered to even look into these posters you'd realize Stardusk is mostly responsible for helping a lot of noobs into gold. He continues to contribute with guides and youtube videos. Complete with specs and soloing with some of the arguably "underpowered" classes.

You need to act like you know.

Yeah, Godless might be up there with Spectre but I play on PC and have only played with Spectre, so my money is on him.

Kronner is up there with Spectre. In terms of Claymore skills equal. Spectre is the better sniper though, better than anyone on PC so it's a tough call. Would depend on build, weapons, setup, etc. Very close, if using your arbitrary percentages, it would be 30%+. easily.

Stentron is very good. I think he is the 3rd best player on PC after Kronner and Spectre. His sniping skills are only slightly behind Spectre's. Those three are the elites of the elite.
