I downloaded ME2 from Origin. Not only I had to launch EAAccess manually, because the goddamn thing is full of crap and won't install itself as it should, when it installed, it launched in the wrong language. I tried to change the SKU thingy into the language I needed, the same with the registry params - doesn't wrong. WTF, EA?
