Mass Effect works well in 3d but you need to force Nvidia's crosshair which shows up during dialogue scenes.
Does anyone know if Mass Effect 2 will be "3d Vision ready"? Or use PhysX? Or DX10/11 effects?

I don't know about this.. but don't you need like a special monitor/tv for that? not only a graphic card...
But i might be talking totally crap since I only know what i've heard from Avatar.

As far as I know, Bioware doesn't really look too heavily at 3D vision as a feature in their games

Yes, 3d monitor and a pair of shutter glasses, II tried it out on both Dragon Age and Mass Effect, it works really great. Dragons Age's environments feel a lot more vast with depth perception. The real problem is that the cross hair moves a few inches to the left of were you are actually aiming in Mass Effect, you can force Nvidia's cross hair which fixes this but as mentioned it shows the crosshair during dialogue scenes so you constantly have to hit Ctrl+T turning it off and on, you also need to turn some shadows off. Other games that come ready with 3d vision using the unreal engine such as Mirrors Edge and Arkham Asylum work flawlessly. Given Mass Effect 2 is such a cinematic game I hope it gets supported, it's more a niggle than a huge problem.

I'll try it with 3dvision tonight. I am expecting great things! Hopefully the cut scenes will be 3d too, these planets and asteroids from the videos must be looking awesome in S3d...
